Actually, people have been afraid of this platform because of getting scammed. It's true that many people have been cheated by many online activities so that people have a negative impression. But the time is changing day by day. Normally, people are afraid of transacting Money by this platform. There is a another reason that leads people got afraid that is the new system. Normally, people used to like conventional way so they are afraid of investing Bitcoin.

Despite all of its economical advantages, it still definitely has alot of downsides due to cryptocurrencies being in a very very early stage of development. There's going to be alot more "political" conflicts and there's going to definitely be alot more factions in the future due to possibly alot more disagreements on various issues and solutions.

Most probably they are fear to bitcoin because of it's system. Maybe it will appear in their mind that, if they invest in bitcoin their is no assurance of returning back because of being digital and it only runs through internet. And also because the conflict of interest between by the community and the government, in which it could triggered to the government by pushing their people to stay away from crypto.

Bitcoin is unsafe if will be used through those deals that you had mentioned and there's no doubt before that bitcoin made it's noise out there and now it is starting to be used properly and being treated just a simply investment. People are still fearing of that thing by not knowing bitcoin is mainly supported and used now through the mainstream transactions and legit companies are starting to accept it too.

Since bitcoins are in their nascent stage, people still haven't developed complete trust in them, they are still skeptical about it and are not readily accepting it, reason being that they are really expensive to get and people fear that after buying them what if the rates plummet down drastically making them very cheap resulting in people making loses, or what if government intervenes in the near future and make some stringent policies related to bitcoins making them difficult to redeem for cash or if government impose a heavy tax on bitcoins

So is better to make them to understand what the real bitcoin can do, buy telling them the advantages and disadvantages. The bitcoin bubble issue I guess. Due to btc price volatility the chance of losing bitcoin value in a snap is really there and I guess that's what makes lot of people doubt btc even it has already grow from cents to thousands of dollars in past 10years.

It's mostly due to lack of information, many think you need to be tech savvy to be able to understand  and use  bitcoin and  so they just wouldn't pay attention to learn a thing or two about it. These make them loose the chance to know some basics  at some point and it keeps coming back to hunt them from time  to time.

What are you saying it? Do you know those people who feel fear about bitcoin? Because i never see anyone who have fear with bitcoin. I always see bitcoin's lover and i am one of them who love bitcoin and i do work day and night to earn only bitcoin. Because bitcoin is only one unique cyrpto currency which make us rich. So don't feel fear about bitcoin and start to save bitcoin because of rich.

The answer is simple. It's because they don't have enough knowledge about the Bitcoin they are lack of knowledge about the system, the used and the opportunity it can bring to a certain person or community.

I'm a proof of that. I'm a student and i choose the forum as my part time job because you can work at home and study at the same time, the only thing you need is have a time management and when i started to earn profit and exchange it to our local money (FIAT) i started spreading the words to my friends and families and most of them are really doubting about it. They thought that the internet is for searching only or what and said that it may be illegal since you can't earn through internet and some of them thought the bitcoin is used only in black market or in the deep web and once you have bitcoin your doing illegal.

So i can't do anything about it, even tho i want to share my knowledge about it they choose just to stay away from it.

You should share your experience to friends, and it's normal. Just sometimes tell about bitcoin and blockchain news, what are you doing at free time (searching internet and messaging at bitcointalk).

You should inspire them to ask you about cryptocurrencies. Even don't try to teach somebody, just inspire them.

Well for me maybe because for the past hearsays thay they have encounter they build their own perspective that they may scammed something like that if they try bitcoin. People were afraid for something that actually because of his own belief.

There's a lot of reasons why people had fear in bitcoin which is they all have doubts because of some scammer around of bitcoin boundary.  . Also because of some average minded person who intimidated ." Always saying bitcoin is a scam  dont trust on it cause its a ponzi schemes " even its really not.
