The project will continue regardless of the results of the ICO. How can it maintain the project when it is not getting enough capital?

I like the idea of Sether bridging two environment the on-chain environment and the off -chain world . Sether  supporting public chain like bitcoin , etheruem and private ethereum base chain and also non blockchain applications .

In this project, distributed system offers very strong security, which seeks by all people. The users of Setter will rely on the blockchain to correctly validate transactions, preventing data from being altered, that's why I want to continue look to this project.

If this is the case then this idea is great. I hope that this will be implemented very soon. yes, i also logged into the offical website and to see how is the pre-ico going, by now more than 1500 eth has been generated, its a good news, i think the pre-ico will proceed successfully

Yes the 40% is pretty eye catching. This is the perfect example that transparency is very important with all the ICO-s out there. If the developer team can keep this up I'm sure the project will be successful, a reliable project is also a magnet to a friendly community.
