No, XCH token is intentionally a utility token, which is to avoid a whole lot of legal problems with security tokens and other disadvantages like low liquidity on other exchanges.
An XCH token doesn't entitle it's owner to a share in the company, it's just a means of internal payments on the platform. However, as the platform becomes more popular, token holders should expect the price of a token to rise significantly.
For sure, if token just utility token than he will not have any broblems with listing on big exchange like Bittrex. But for long-term investros its not good if token dont pay dividends. It can be interested only in one case if you will burn some tokens. Will you do this?

hi,
interesting project
but there are still some unclear points...
How do you explain the use of the Dutch model to sell tokens?  Huh
Everything is not  obvious? The goal is to sell all the tokens at a fair price. It is determined by the participants of the auction. There is soft cap - it is achieved when selling at the lowest price. There is a hard cap - when selling at the maximum. It's simple.

Thank you for your answer!
In standard auction schemes the participants are always under pressure, because of the constantly growing price. However, Dutch auction offers an opposite, more fair approach - the final price of a token at the end of the campaign is the same for everyone. Either the minimum of 0.005 ETH or whatever the price is on December 30th. Even though the price decreases over time, it doesn't mean that early investors will get less tokens for more money - tokens will be distributed according to the final price. Eventually it's up to the investor to decide how much he values the token, so feel free to invest at any time and wait to see what does the market think of the project - you probably will get more tokens than you expected.

Yes, it is real more fear approach. The final price of a token at the end of the campaign is the same for everyone. I haven't ever heard about this Dutch system of an auction

Look it up, it's really great and admittedly more fair compared to most fellow ICOs. Dutch auction makes the crowdsale available to a wider group of people and ensures that each token costs exactly what that market wants it to cost.

You have included Mediator transactions: arbiters and notaries in working of your platrform.
Its good!
The mediator mechanism used for cross-chain and offline exchanges will attract more users to the platform and encourage greater involvement from existing users, since it will provide an opportunity to earn additional income in exchange for services that maintain the platform's operation
I think it is not so good idea. The involvement of an additional mediator mechanism can also attract additional costs when performing transactions

It's always up to the user whether to use Arbiter services or not, it's not mandatory. The primary intended purpose of Arbiters is to monitor deals which involve physical assets.

I see in the road map of your white paper you are planning to release of the xChainge Wallet for Windows in Q1 2018
Why at first in Windows and not in iOS? why is it such an unprincipally?
This is unfair to the android owners. Release of the waalet for Android is at the end of the roadmap in the end of 2018 year

We want to get the desktop application out first, because of two reasons:
1. At this point, the majority of people are used to working with cryptoassets sitting in front of their computers
2. We want to test our UI design patterns on large computer screens before applying them to mobile applications.

To Linus Torvalds' disappointment, Windows and OS X still dominate the PC market, so we're targeting these platfoms first. However we'll add linux to the roadmap if we get enough requests(which is likely). Stay tuned!

I like the way which you use to integratens into the system.  ×CHAINge does not charge you for operations, only pay the standard Ethereum transaction fee and fees charged by Mediators and Matchers, who set the prices themselves which ensures a fair competition and eventually the lowest prices. What benefit for company and investors?

Thank you for your support!
The xChainge company has no such goal to earn through charging its users. The platform is developed by non-commercial institutions - the xChainge Foundation and its affiliates, which means that all the collected money will be used to fund the R&D work. In return, the community will get a free decentralized exhange service.
Investors will benefit from an increase in the price of XCH tokens as the xChainge network grows and the demand for tokens increases.

read the information about the project. I think he will be a success. because the team offers a finished product. Many projects going to the ICO offer an idea and raise money for implementation. which implies an increased risk

And how the expenses for infrastructure will be compensated? There can not be anything free in this world ) Someone has to pay.

Sure, there is no free lunch, but xChainge is decentralized, meaning we, as developers, don't own servers, that need to be maintained.

The only expense the system entails is the electricity bill paid by the node owners. But that's totally fine, because these people get paid for keeping their nodes alive.
I get it. Ok ) So we will have no any fee for transactions but only depreciation costs.
And one more question on the Dutch auction model - it turns out there are no bonuses for early investors?
We don't label investors as 'early' or 'late' - every one of our supporters is equal to us. Getting a set of tokens early for a higher price, will in fact bring you more tokens at the lower same-for-everyone price at the end of the crowdsale.

What do you think about price right after end of ICO? Price on ICO is good and there no any bonuses. But someone will buy cheaper. And this investor will dump rpice right after listing on exchange. Also what about listing on exchange? Which it will be except etherdelta

The token emission volume is strictly limited. We'll burn only the unsold tokens, other than that not a single token will be emitted, extracted from the platform or destroyed past the end of the auction.
Our long-term goal is to create the most convenient solution in order to attract as many clients as possible which will cause the XCH tokens to significantly rise in and demand and in value. Thus, an XCH token can be treated as a long-term investment, which is more than just meaningless bling waiting to be sold - it's the fuel for the platform.

A transfer of funds in the auction process is carried out immediately or at the end when the total amount of bids is known?
Investors will get their tokens after the final price is evaluated, which will happen at the end of the auction (December 30th or when all tokens are sold).

We are working on making XCH available on third-party exchanges as well, so no worries.

As I understood through their internal tokens, you can trade anything in principle. Even real goods. In a smart contract, you can prescribe the conditions for confirming the exchange of something real and use it for this.
really? it's literally bomb! although it's possible that this is some kind of centralization hmmm. it would be nice to try the already working product of course

Do you plan published about any partnership with huge invest funds or with other crypto project like wings, bancor or adex? This partnership can really help xChainge get more investment in all sale stages.
