Should I have to make reports in this thread and where is a spreadsheet to look at the results?

Everything is allocated automatically. Once every Sunday.
The managers in charge fill in the tables (which are sent to you via email) once every Sunday
and allocation of tokens happens either that same day or on Monday.

The allocation of tokens happens once a week. They count the posts and enrollment. All good no problems.
