Why people sell bitcoins?

If you want to actually use the money you've got stored in bitcoin for everyday transactions, you have to sell them for fiat. Unless, you find places that accept them and you want to pay massive extra fees.

To claim profit and to liquidate assets? Traders often sell their coins whenever they already attained their desired profit, and buy whenever they got their desired entry price. As was the case also in traditional stock markets. Brokers sell shares whenever they reach some nice profits and buy in whenever the price is taking a beating.

Well ideally bitcoin is a means of investment, but if you really need the money for whatever reason, you have to sell the coins to get some sort of fiat currency back.

People sell bitcoin with the same goal when they first set to buy bitcoin or to investment in bitcoin, and the point of each transaction is to earn. If people want to earn they would rather have to deal with transaction for their bitcoin to grow and to have a profit.

But some peole sell their bitcoin it because they need fiat money to buy their needs and want and sometimes people sell their bitcoin to earn more like if the bitcoin price got high.

Well either they are scared that they will have some loss on their Bitcoin investment, A.K.A weak hands. Or either they have profited so much that they had enough with Bitcoin drama or that they are sure Bitcoin is going to dip, so to maximise profits they will sell and buy later on lower price.

The main reason why people sell bitcoins is because they are in need of fiat money in order to buy things they want so they convert their bitcoins into fiat money. One reason too is they are selling it because they want to buy another coin that they know the price will increase. One reason too is because they are afraid to be lose in short they are doing panic selling.

I think some people sell their bitcoin because they have no other source of income and they need to sell their bitcoin for their needs and good purposes like buying and paying some bills, no matter what they want to hold their bitcoin but they have no choice.

The government always forbids the use and play bitcoin so that it can not grow fully potential in my place. Surely it remains an advantage if there is a transaction rotation for bitcoin in my country to live.

You're right. Some people will sell their bitcoin in order to support the needs of their family or if there's emergency that they really in need of fiat currency. Or maybe some of the people sell their bitcoin because they are afraid that they might not be able to gain if the price of bitcoin will continue to go down. But if my assumptions were true, then they will regret that they sell their bitcoin when the price is low because now they have no chance to convert some bitcoin into fiat money because they have nothing left in their pocket.

Not only in your country alone Bitcoin is prohibited by the government, in my country many services that use Bitcoin as payment has closed it. the only way to use Bitcoin is an investment, and it is becomes a classic issue of government

Most people hold bitcoins for investment. Meaning they buy some believing that the rates will go up soon hence the profit. Likewise when they were already satisfied with the prices or doubting that this will go lower anytime soon then there's no reason to keep it. Otherwise you would incur a loss. However, there are other factors why people sell their bitcoin. Some countries are already announcing that they will ban this crypto by the coming year. For this reason, some will sell their bitcoin lest they will get penalized. Others they just need to liquidate their money for emergency purposes. It's a case to case basis actually, but the first that I mentioned was the main cause of people selling their bitcoin.

Most of the time we need money to buy things that we need everyday so i think one of the reason why some people sell their bitcoin because they have no choice tosell it especially if the only source of their income is bitcoin.
