Why people sell bitcoins?

Worldwide, especially in my place, must sell it for profit rather than always keep it!
The government always forbids the use and play bitcoin so that it can not grow fully potential in my place. Surely it remains an advantage if there is a transaction rotation for bitcoin in my country to live.

you said the goverment always forbids the use and play bitcoin.i not agree that,the goverment is not suport for the planning of bitcoin earning.when the suport transaction for rotation for bitcoin my country.we are surely must buy and sell bitcoin no problem.

People sell bitcoins because they want to investment on other coins available in the market that has a potential big profit, or people sell bitcoins because they want to get back investments in fiat currency. But usually, people sell it because they want to invest more on different cryptocurrencies that would bear profits in the future.

In bitcoin selling bitcoin is major part when bitcoin market get hike the investor has to sell the bitcoin then only it will become profit even we cannot predict the market of bitcoin some time it will get down the market as well so, when price will get hike we have to sale.

the prices are rising and there are people who have bought bitcoins when they were cheaper
to make some profit over it people sell their bitcoins
some people sell them to buy more bitcoins also or if they feel the prices would go down soon
it all depends on person to person

1. Crazy high fees
2. Loss of trust in development team because BTC won't scale and they knew it.
3. Price is going downwards due to fees and the steam engine needs to make way for petrol engine
4. Know when to hold it and when to fold it
5. Understand LN and can see Hubs as being just another name for bankers

I don't know the list is endless  but as fees went up, BTC traded sideways and as news gets out
then we start to see a steady drop in the price and that could well turn into a full on crash if
the dev team does not get off its bum and does something before it's too late.

They sell bitcoins rather than holding it because it might be possible that they must need the profit especially in emergency cases. Whatever the reason it is, as long as they needed it they prefer to sell than to hold.

Most of the people that are selling their bitcoins now are the ones that they can't really take the few for now. They have come up to a decision that they don't want to but they have to do it as transaction fee is starting to increase and not all the holders, traders and investors of bitcoin can take it anymore otherwise they are selling because they need cash for welcoming the holidays season.

In my opinion ,people sell there bitcoin to get money .Money still needed in globalcity eventhought the price of bitcoin increase drastictly in year 2017 .But we didn't know how much the price of bitcoin in year 2018 .

I believe it is more complicated than this. There are more reasons than that. Last week majority of people have sold because it was holiday week and people needed cash for presents and travel expenses. Some people sell because they are afraid that their investing can be less if bitcoin keep on falling.

You already know what the answer yet you still ask that question and yes you're right, people are selling bitcoin to make profit , i'm sure that they could just hold it and wait for it to grow more but they selling it instead, that is because they need money, we need money.

People sell bitcoins because they have met their expected profit. Most of them are traders on exchanges and not just dumpers. Some also sell for potentially better coins they have perceived. Others sell because of panic, when the price of btc drops a little lower, people panic and sell their precious bitcoins

People have usually many reasons to sell their bitcoins, but nowadays the number of Bitcoin's holders increased because people tried to make money as the price go up fastly. They sell usually because they need fiat money, or to invest in other crypto currencies or ICO projects.

The main reason why people sell bitcoins is because they are in need of fiat money in order to buy things they want so they convert their bitcoins into fiat money. One reason too is they are selling it because they want to buy another coin that they know the price will increase. One reason too is because they are afraid to be lose in short they are doing panic selling.

All there must be a reason because the purpose is in bitcoin to meet the needs or improve life, if it is a very important need not hurt to sell some of the most important bitcoin sell it not when the bitcoin price down. let them sell it if it is a must and everyone has their own way and keep the goal to make life better.

well....they are selling there bitcoin because maybe they are afraid that the price of bitcoin will go down,but for me i would rather choose to hold my bitcoin and wait for the highest rate ever.
