Why people sell bitcoins?

I am sure theres always a big reason why they decided to sell thier btc rather than keeping it.
Maybe because their really need a money, example this past year we celebrate christmas, if we really dont have a money for that celebration we need to sell our btc in order to have money or sometimes when the price of btc get higher they think that it is the best time to sell thier btc, without thinking that its has also a possible to increase again in much bigger price.
Different person, have different reason why they do things like that.

What we know every day bitcoin price increases, because many people use bitcoin as an investment tool and transaction even though I need bitcoin, I will not sell it but better I buy more. Because seen bitcoin price is very good we will better hold bitcoin in a long time.

There can be two reasons that people are selling bitcoin first of all bitcoin can be sell for daily needs such as food etc. and secondly people can sell it if they are investors and they want to earn from it because normally people buy bitcoin when its price is low and then they keep it on hold for some time when its price go high then they sell bitcoin and take their profit so that’s the reasons when people around the world they are selling.

Yeah not everyone buys bitcoins  just to invest for a long long time and HODL their coins. Some people buy it for day to day transactions too and HODLing for long is useless to those people

For me, the reason why you want to gain bitcoin because you want to earn money. Yes, bitcoin is a currency, but it is digital. Many people are gaining bitcoin because they want to make real money, by selling bitcoin you can obtain cash, and after receiving the money, they will use it to pay the bills, buy the things they want and many more. That is the main reason why people are selling bitcoin, in a comfortable explanation they just sell it to make some profit.

Some people might sell bitcoins  temporarily too if they predict a drop so they can buy more bitcoins  and increase their holding in bitcoins  over all. Not a bad strat IMO

I believe there are many different reasons for selling. One of them is fear. Some people get scared that they might lose their investment money and they sell some of their coins. Some people sell because they need urgent money. Some people sell because they want to get some profit.

People sell bitcoin because I think they need money. Bitcoin is a investment, so many people invest and sell there investment because they have already profits in the bitcoin or some people need money to there financial life. We cant say what is the thinking of the people but remember bitcoin is a investment so many people buy and sell there bitcoins. Well, people sell bitcoin now a days because the price of the bitcoin is going lower so that they buy a bitcoin, then if they buy a bitcoin at it's lowest price they will wait a year until the price of the bitcoin will increases.

Many people sell Bitcoin and crypto in general because there's still many doubts about it.

They are scared that crypto is a balloon that is about to pop any time soon and they want to secure their profits/investment.

Crypto is still in early phase and isn't mass adopted yet, so I understand where the fear might be coming from.

I think people sell bitcoin not just only because of the lack of trust, because i think most of people know that for them to earn and to gain profit with the used of bitcoin they will need to sell it and used it in their own local currency just to fell that they formally have a profit out of their money or bitcoin. But in realty is not bad to deal with this because transaction could also help the community of bitcoin to send awareness for other people to know that they could also earn with the used of bitcoin.
