Well ideally bitcoin is a means of investment, but if you really need the money for whatever reason, you have to sell the coins to get some sort of fiat currency back.
People sell their bitcoin in a case to case basis, some sell it to convert it into cash because they will use it beyond bitcoin coverage. In some cases, they sell it because their country is trying to ban some digital currency selling sites. But, remember that selling bitcoin is not bad, as long as it is continuously rolling in the market, globally. |

People sell their bitcoin because they need money for any reason, it has a huge value and thats why people sell their bitcoin for their family needs or they need and investment for more profit.

because value of money is tied in to ability to give u access to greater range of things, and bitcoin does provide quite a niche safety net for a huge number of people who like to keep parts of their existence private. for examle the potential it gives to leave a country and take your money with u having memorized just a string of letters. so it might not be such a bad thing if prices drop in your country naturally, because that might mean people would like to stay

Well, in my opinion, thats depends on the person: - People who use BTC as an investment, they buy bitcoin when the prices suits and then sell them in order to get more money and so. - People who works in the network and get paid in BTC. If they need cash, of course they will be in the need of sending their bitcoins! (as on any other work) - People who spend money on btc, then get afraid because they are losing money so it begins a “panic selling”. - People who just need cash… - Because your country is starting some legal discussions about btc and you can’t pronostique anything good… - So they get more BTC…etc In short, it depends on the kind of person, why he/she has BTC, and on the country you live… |

I sell my bitcoins when i alreade have the desired profit ! Most of the time I sell it when the downtrends has already started in the market ! when the market is cheap I'll buy mote bitcoins and sell it again some time in the future when I already hit the desired profit and they cycle just continue
Everyone is always waiting for the best price to come out in the market and because of that, more and more people are holding their coin, this kind of mentality of every people is affecting the market. The demand is increasing which leads to the value of bitcoins to increase further in the market. |

It's because they don't want to incurr more losses so they try to avoid it and withdraw. My suggestion is that, don't be discourage when Bitcoin have many dips this month, but instead we better to buy additional investments in Bitcoin because the price is lower than before. This is the best time to buy since the price is lower and hold for a longer period of time then once you have reached your the desired income that's the time to sell it. |

They sell bitcoins because they already reached their desired gain. When they bought bitcoin in a lower price and theres a sudden increase to the price then thats the time they will decide to sell. An immediate income that can support their needs.

Just like what happened, the price seems to go down and there are too many holders that are starting to cut their losses and selling it off. We all know that people is waiting for the best price, but it depends on their decision. some people sell their bitcoin for more money, they bought bitcoin when it's low price, and sell their bitcoin when it's high price. Some people holds their bitcoin for their future needs and wants. But we need to be wiser by selling our bitcoin.

So people have to need why their sell bitcoin because they have to pay for billing or shopping and many and as now the bitcoin price is so high and it has reached $ 10000 and many of those who bitcoiners are happy especially those investors, and bitcoin holders.

People sell bitcoins to make profit. As the price of the bitcoins fluctuates , people buy it when the price is low and as soon as the price rise , they sell it get profit. |
