I think it will be another huge year for Bitcoin, this year it has not only gained attention through its popularity but also earned a lot of people's trust. It's always hard to predict what will happen in BTC market but I see there's plenty of reasons and signs to get our hopes high.

This year completely surprised me. What are at now 800% ROI? Nothing gives you 800% ROI and the financial freedom that comes with bitcoin. I think this was an amazing year so the next year will be slow and steady. I hope not, but we can't gain 900% a year. There aren't enough people in the world to sustain that for very long!

Everyone is hoping that each year the price of BTC grows and the portfolio values also grow along with it. Also the other altcoin grows along with it and most important the countries make it a legal in their country without which it would be difficult for btc to grow and adopt by the masses.

To see an increase in price every year is not a realistic situation,right now the alt coin market is dumped and dusted and i would like to see some sort of rally in that market as all the investors has taken a dent when the price of bitcoin started its rally,there will be good news coming when the derivatives market starts trading bitcoin which could rally the price further.

Yeah 2018 is the year of "mooning" In my point of view, lots of crypto currencies will go boom sky high to the moon. Bitcoin could be more than $15,000 dollars on 2018 and will shock again the world.

I actually have this feeling it will be, I mean just in my personal life a huge amount of my friends and family are asking about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency and getting largely involved with it and I imagine I am not the only one, plus I've so much growth on YouTube and Twitter with crypto.

This year, it has been a good year for bitcoin because in the start of the year the price of bitcoin is around 1k$ only but now we are near the end of the year and its price has almost reached the 8k$ mark already. A lot happen in 2017. We got bitcoin price raise from 1000$ to 7500$ and we got 2 soft forks and as a result got Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Gold. A lot of altcoins and ICO were introduce this year. Many countries accepted bitcoin as a legal currency and many existing and new countries accepted bitcoins this   Year . 2018 will take all the growth from the current year and move it one step ahead. Time will proof if 2018 is the best year or now, but for now 2017 is the best year for bitcoins.

Bitcoin is on their top in 2017, and I guess 2018 will take bitcoin to top of everything. But since there are some fake ICOs, we must aware of new ICO and don't give them our 100% trust. Keep your money safe

I agree with you. I hope that bitcoin will reach $ 10,000 in 2018. Eth will have a lot of growth and hope eth will reach $ 500. Altcoin will flourish and the value of altcoin will increase significantly especially anchor and xpr.

just 15k? u are not really positive, imagine when in January btc was 1k and all was dreaming about 2k for the end of the year.

What do you think about the price movement,what values are you expecting,it is really true that no one ever predicted these sort of valuation this fast,even i used to brush off wild predictions about $4000 last year but one thing you must understand is that no market could keep rising so fast without having a major correction ,so never expect the same sort of grown every year.

I think the best scenario would be the continuation of the fundamental, perhaps, some slower, but STEADY uptrend.

And I'd also advise you to remember the two main things :

1) Remember and thank the God for supporting the Bitcoin. (I guess He knows that economics and development need reliable money, but governments and central banks tend to abuse power with their fiat money, which is why He supports the REAL money, which the Bitcoin is.

2) Some falls and rises in price are like exhalation and inhalation - they are natural and healthy, don't worry too much about them.
