I do not think it's necessary, to follow your twitter captain is not verified by rank on bitcointalk account but by the number of followers you have,

But at least you made posts on some topics, it will say that you read some threads before joining their bounty, some bounty manager is also strict when it comes to their newbie joiner, so observe and read the Bounty thread's post and replies before asking too much question for you not to be rejected.

Yes you can but when it comes to twitter you need to at least 500 real followers . Some ICO's may require twitter audit for checking your real followers and take note that stakes will depends on how many followers you have .

Actually, it accepts any rank in social media campaign. So you can join in twitter, facebook, blog or any kind of social media campaign. But for me, I prefer in the signature campaign because they also accept junior member in rank. The signature campaign is better for you to spread your thoughts and ideas for this forum. You can just think that with Twitter bounty campaign, you do not need to use signatures as in signature campaigns so it must rank at least Jr.Member or Member after updating the rules of the forum is not necessary. You can join twitter campaigns even if your rank is just Newbie. This can apply to all Social campaigns as well as Content campaigns in all available bounties.

it depends on the bounty rules. most managers offers bounty to jr.member up but there are some open for newbies. better ask the manager if it is prohibited or not.

Usually the rank on the forum does not matter for social companies. The main thing is the number of subscribers, the more the better
