How can we gain more tokens from airdrops?
How can we identify if its a fraud or not?
i think no airdrop will trying to scam people, just go to their official website and check their thread about airdrop. If it is a good airdrop then everything must be clear and easy for understanding.  Cheesy

Some airdrops asking for private key when you have to filled out the form so be careful in this fishy airdrop. In order to check if airdrop if legit read their roadmap and whitepaper, and check if already listed in coinmarketcap. And dont try yet to invest maybe you will get scam.

according to my knowledge to get airdrop token we can see in marketplace altcoin forum then bounty, or we can follow group telegram or whatsapp about airdrop, to make sure the airdrop is deceptive or not we can see if in the registration form in order to enter private key or not.

You can find some airdrop in announcement, and some sites.
To identify if that airdrop is a fraud or not, you have to read all the nformation about the airdrop, or joined to it. Then wait if you will recieve it or not. Airdrop is free so you dont have to worry if you joined in any airdrop wether it is a fraud or not, just becareful to those airdrop that are asking for a private key or something that is more private in you.

As a beginner, you must understand that nothing can replace the knowledge you have about bitcoin and blockchain. Instead of looking for airdrop and you should learn the technology that underline bitcoin which is Blockchain.

You can check out airdropalert.com for some. However you won't get much from them. Many of them are scam and shit coins. If you want to get value for your time, participate in altcoins bounties which you can find in the forum.
Only one bounty that was paid to me surpassed about fifteen airdrop coins in have in my wallet.

There are a lot of airdrop alert chat on telegram, some of them are quick and some are late, meaning they alert you when the airdrop is over, best way find the one which is quick to notify you and delete the rest.

I found sometimes the ANN thread sometimes have airdrops that are not even on the telegram site chat

I actually did not do something to get the token from airdrop, you try to understand about the airdrop, and see how the response from the people or participants who are following it

the best way to find whether is fraud or not is join the airdrop itself. if you got yours distribution then its not fraud if you not then its fraud. nothing to lose after all
I agree with you but what about the form which asks for a lot of information to participate in airdrop? I always use a secondary email to join airdrops.
Following the ANN topic and social media for updates info's which posting regularly by some member already joining to that airdrops are important information also. Since there is very difficult to get alarm of indication this airdrops will end up a scam or not.

I've been participated in Airdrops before but now I stopped because most of them are scams and they only want us to know their project although some Airdrops are legitimate but if you do joined some legitimate Airdrops, you'll be able to get a handful stakes or token where you can't even exchange it into money so the best option would be holding it until price increases and can be converted into other coins or even into cash.

If I want to learn everything that is new to me then I would prefer YouTube than inside this forum because actually you'll get ideas, reactions, views, comments and opinions if you are relying in the forum. In YouTube you'll get full detail and the video itself is informative and you'll get whatever you want to know.

How can we gain more tokens from airdrops?

Legitimate airdrops come from hard forks, only.

There is an "airdrops calendar" site which announces hard forks and other airdrop opportunities. Those other airdrop opportunities are mostly ponzi schemes. If they're asking you to give them bitcoin in return for the airdrop, it's a ponzi scheme.

A true airdrop requires you to do nothing, but own Bitcoin or some other currency in a wallet with private keys. You should NEVER have to give anything up. And their claims of "daily interest" is just fraudulent lies.

Airdrops are rare, most newbies confuse airdrops with income or bounties.
Nicely said!
Just to add to this comment, if you want an example of a legitimate airdrop, feel free to check trade.io and join them on Telegram for your free Airdrop!

If you would like more information you can check their announcement and bounty threads below.

You're right, before participating an Airdrop try to check some feedback and other comments because they will post negative comments if there's something wrong with their Airdrop or an ICO itself.

That's my point on my earlier comment, those stakes or tokens are very little if got one therefore most of them aren't recognized by Cryptocurrency exchange.

There is not hard and fast rule to get to know if a airdrop or tokens of a particular alternate currency is legit or not. Anyone can make a new token easily using etherium or waves these days. The only way is to read the whitepaper and look at the background of the team.

One thing that will help is to research the project, look for the usual stuff... do they have a whitepaper, a roadmap, clear team members etc... if they don't have any of these and just a simple website/twitter/telegram set-up with no substance, then it isn't really any good. Not necessarily a scam, but probably not worth getting involved in.
