What will happen to all coins when bitcoin reach to 10k?

If bitcoin price increase possible the price of of other altcoin increase that base in bitcoin and other altcoin decrease because some of people sell their altcoin so they can buy bitcoin. But I hope when bitcoin price increase more altcoins will increase also the price so we can make more profit .

depends on who's buying bitcoin.

if new money pour in crypto, altcoin may just stay still and after btc pump, new investors may realize there are so many altcoins other than btc. I think that's when altcoins will make good return.

Also, my concern is that when bitcoin is listed on CME, remember those people are professional traders. I don't think they gonna buy in bitcoin around $8,000. They will either short bitcoin and get a load of them at lower cost or push bitcoin really high right away.

I don't do ICO. I only believe in coins that have real development and real market (not marketing).

Nothing big will happen when bitcoin hit $10k, alt coin price will fall down but after sometime  it will stable again, but when it reaxhes $10k there will be two version of scenario, the first one is people will focus and invest in bitcoin becauae they know bitcoin can generate huge profit for them, the second scenario is people will choose to invest in alt coin due to the bitcoin price that is too high

Already the previous price of Bitcoin is also high but nothing changes with the other altcoin. Maybe the only option is the price of those coin will increases, so there won't be any huge changes the value of other altcoins will increase.

Price of bitcoin reaching $10k is possible and the same will not affect the altcoin growth. As the price of bitcoin is related to the altcoins, it gets affected to some extent when the price moves on beyond certain price point. As most speculations portray, next year surely can expect the growth of altcoins.

For me, it will still be the same as usual like there is a pump and dump of course. When Bitcoin reach to $10k, Altcoins are I think will be more dependent to Bitcoin as the price continue to skyrocket. I am not sure about new coins that will appear on exchanges to like gain weight when it comes to market cap because sometimes Altcoins are bleeding to death and are unable to go up.

When bitcoin reaches 10k, honestly it can't affect the value of altcoins but in the value of bitcoin it can sure affected. Some altcoins are going dump or mostly on redness if the bitcoin is increasing and I really don't know why it is happening. In my opinion, they are selling it to bitcoin to earn some profit on it.

The value againts bitcoin will fall hard while the value again usd will keep the same. People will jump on the bitcoin ship until the situation stabilize before switching back to alts. After that it's based on the alt itself, the strong one will recover fast while the shit one will be hard to recover.

If Bitcoin touched $10k, i don't think there will any negative impact on Altcoin. Reason of BTC price rise is its growing market cap, because of the new users are attracted towards it every day not the alt coin users shifting. If altcoin users has shifted to bitcoin then a negative trend in their market cap must be seen which is missing so I think there will be no effect on altcoin price.

If it happens organically over a few weeks, then altcoins will follow the bullish trend, but if Bitcoins suddently pumps to new highs too quickly, then it's gonna cause a lot of people to sell their alts (crashing the price) to FOMO in the btc ride.

I agree with you, If BTC reaches to $10,000, then there would be price soar in well established alt-coins also where as all other shitty coin may loose much of their market cap. Lets wait and see how market response after BTC reaches at $10k.

I think if bitcoin has a high price. then that will happen altcoin price down. because when compared with altcoin bitcoone does not experience a sharp price increase such as bitcoin so altcoin prices far below the price of bitcoin. at that moment maybe you should buy altcoin with a cheap price. and hold it for future gain
