This project is really coming along nicely. Is there any talk for a use case beyond the masternodes. I saw POS Monkey is occasionally donating profits to animal wellness, which is awesome.  |

I have gone through this thread and decided to be a part of this project, atleast for a few weeks. I would like to see how the staking works and how the price moves in the next 2 months or so.

Hi,
I sold all my coins because there is no project, only project is to give high ROI with staking.
Then finally it's kind of ponzi.
It is NOT possible to give 10 to 40% profit (in stakes) per month per user...
I am out of it, i doubled up my investment...
Don't worry many other high ROI project are scam too...

I've been spending some time and money on stake coins lately, because they are fun! I got some Monkey Project in the wallet and I love the staking stats that you get with this coin, that is often lacking with other coins. I have done some research into master nodes. If Monkey Project gets master nodes will that affect the current ROI % for regular staking?
There will be a bit reduction of ROI when MN are implemented .. Seeing the factor of the price of MONK and the supply at the time when MN is released .. But what ever comes out will be the beast out from the team.. POS Monkey is aiming for a very long-term plan and growth..So keeping in mind of inflation in future few changes will be made.. By next month end there will be an clear updates about everything... i love monkey, don't get me wrong, i've gotten some huge staking rewards and it's awesome. but the concerning thing is that the main appeal of the coin (the only appeal?) is the huge ROI on staking. So obviously they have to curtail that to avoid inflation, but then what's the appeal at all? Hopefully will still be decent staking ROI and great masternodes, we'll see... Dev wrote his plans in the discord that's being passed around here. On their slate: -Masternodes -Reducing max supply (and ROI accordingly) -Whitepaper to describe the coin's future implementation (currently it IS a staking coin only) In his post, he specifically mentioned "we don't want to become B3 coin", indicating that the devs are aware of the coins' current state and know that changes will be needed for it to succeed. Go to the discord and read for 20 minutes, and I'm fairly certain you'll feel more confident about the coin's future. |

I'm on the new wallet and exactly the same. Stuck on Rewarding time: 1 day (the weight is also stuck on the same number). It's been like that for the last 2-3 days. Is there anything I can do about it? Can anyone Help? Or any idea? I have Upgrade the Wallet to the 1.4.2 ... but nothing happend.... Staking is ON but since days... Reward in 1 Day....  |

Delete everything apart from 'wallet.dat' and open the wallet again. It should re-sync. However that didn't work for me. The weight is still showing the same and 1 day reward time. |

Any info out there about when the wallet decides to split inputs or combine them after staking? Also, any commands that might be useful to control how the coins are managed. I want to keep some coins split in case I want to trade them but after staking the wallet will seem come combine them all.

No trap, $MONK has been flying under the radar since it came out, there's been a lot of exposure on social media especially twitter lately so there's been new people jumping aboard buying lots of MONK because of the great staking rewards, there's been no big price increase since the ATH on Jan 9 but now the price stabilized and it's always ranging between $15-$18 so people can buy $MONK stake and sell the stakes and make the original investment back real quick because of the high staking rewards of 1-5% daily. Also, you can see that the circulating supply for $MONK is pretty small, very limited, so there's very few coins out for sale, that makes price go up pretty easily. There's also information coming from dev about masternodes implementation very soon so people are filling their bags to make sure they can secure that masternode. This is one of the best or the best POS coin out there with the most unique pos blocks rewards structure that is why the price went up so much and so quickly, I believe there is still a lot of room for improvement, ´pretty sure price will go to over $50 by the end of this year. I recommend you to buy, stake and see for yourself  . |
