Just buy bitcoins with your $200. It's not really worth investing in ICOs since there is really a better chance of losing on them than profiting. Bitcoin investment is a risky one. Try to balance if it is worth it or not. There are many discussions here that you can browse and read. Try to search also if investing in bitcoin can give you more returns than lose.

consider other coins, some alts will give you high return than sticking with bitcoin. Get some POW coin that could offer an interest everyday or weekly. eg. Minexcoin or any other cheap coins, I really don't think your 200$ will grow or double in  year maybe you can earn 10 - 20$ from holding alone, if you do day trading 200$ will be risky and easy to lose as to the price of bitcoin sometimes is uncertain and many people try to manipulate the price of bitcoin in some certain day.

if a person earns about $ 200 a month, then it can be good money, but only in a certain country. But if you take $ 200 as an investment in the Crypto currency, then reality is a good opportunity to start a good trade.
