Airdrops can be very profitable. You just need to spend a lot of time going through and signing up for all the scams and fail projects. I would say 1 in 5 end up sending tokens. Out of that 1 in 10 last longer than a couple months. After a while you can see the scams from a Mile away. I even recognize devs now who I know suck.

In my case airdrops never worked and never brought me a good money with it. I have attende maybe 100s of them but if I calculate now it is not more that 50 bucks from all airdrops. Maybe it is just my bad luck but I gave up already.

I always just lost time with the participation in the airdrops. Yes, I got a profit of 5 - 10 dollars. But it's just ridiculous. My time is more expensive.

Yes, airdrops are profitable. Not all of them are, but some of them are really profitable. You gain money with not too many effort from some of them, and that is good for sure.

For example, I have some waves in my waveswallet. I received OCL Oceanlab token because I own waves. This token have a value in the exchange.
And then I received Coffee token because I own OCL Oceanlab. This also have a nice value in the exchange. I owned tokens with a chain in this example. Maybe I will receive another token because I hold Coffeecoin in waveswallet, who knows?

You just need to be careful sharing your personal information in these airdrops. You can share your ERC20 wallet address of course, but beware of scam projects that asks for your private key or any other personal information. If you be careful at that point you will be good

i made some money From those airdrops as well, and most epic airdrop was ebtc, some other like PRL, before i join any airdrop i first make sure is not a scam or is just shit coin or has no purpose, it should solve something then i can join because there are to many airdrops, one can't have time to join all of them should pick the good ones.

90% of airdrops are garbage, and there are too many of them anyway. You have to give a look at the project - if there is any (often there is an airdrop with no project behind at all) and accept the airdrop only if the project makes a sense. Some people became millionaires accepting the right airdrops.

I believe airdrops are profitable especially when you sign up for correct ones. Since it's not as if you actually worked to get it, i think they are quite profitable

I think that there is a tiny chance to get a huge profit, it can be in case if token will greatly rice in price, but in general, I don't think that airdrop will bring some profit. Might be that nobody will be interested in that token at all, and it will cost nothing or it will be impossible to sell it.

There are many new airdrops that the developers are using for the promotion of their newly created future ICO project. Before a couple of years, airdrops required a little of your time to get involved in it. Today the things are a little different and registering for the airdrop you wish to join requires the huge amount of time. You cant lose anything with the joining for the airdrop but you must be careful because some scammers are requesting your personal data for the registration access. You can benefit from the good airdrops with a little of your time loss. It doesn't require any investment but the most of the airdrops are dumped in the end. Better consider joining in some bounty or the signature campaign if you have the will for the profit gain.

Hi everyone. I've tried participating in a couple of airdrops but haven't gotten any coins yet. For those of you who have, how do you go about making anything out of airdrops? Is it worthwhile or just the usual pump and dump?

Of course they're profitable because you get something for nothing, the question is more of if they are worthwhile. If you can accurately identify the good ones then do it but I find it takes too long to sift through them all and then find a good one to make it worth my time and effort.

I sold my EXRN from an aidrop in October for 0.9 ETH.
Seems like I was lucky, since I only ever received 2 Airdrops.

I think airdrop is part of ico or bounty, whose projects are really paying or just fake, to choose a trusted airdrop you have to do some research on their program

I think that you can profitably read air shots and keep them from 3 months and then sell, but most airdrops are not profitable!

I think for me airdrop are  profitable when you're going to fill those form of the airdrop you must wait for it cause it takes time or days before you can receive Any token.

DeepOnion has the community to push it through and be profitable. But they need to continue innovating and developing the coin at the same time as they airdrop. They are growing in members, after new year rapidly, and as every one who rapidly grows  they need to shed some skin Smiley I look forward to see what comes from that bunch in the future, and I look forward to participating in their airdrops when I qualify.

Airdrop coins are the one who always been dump because of those many holders selling the coin and run away from that project. Airdrop is both profitable and not, many of them have really high value now it some exchanges. But many of them also are nothing, trying to collect many followers on Facebook and Twitter.

Exactly! This is the key, each should consider if rather take a part job instead to participate in airdrops, if you earn more via regularly job there's no reason to spend time airdrops. Money that you earned you can use for investments

I enter in ACC (accelerator coin) airdrop, I recieve like 70 or something like that after 2 days. Then I complete forgot about it, 1 or 2 months later, it was a $7 dollars. So for me, yes they worth it.

How much do you spent to receive seven bucks? I would guess a few hours so wouldn't be better make a regular job instead?
