How can I use crowdsourced deposits?

Crowdsourced deposit will be something like all the Berrytoken holders will be able to help a tenant by giving their tokens for the security deposits and they will get bonuses in tokens after the contract is finished. I don't think so as rentberry is for long term rental process. Rentberry don't have competitors in long-term rental space as most of the websites just include listings in the form of simple classified ads in print publications and provide limited information about a particular property for prospective tenants and essentially no support for actionable items, such as the application process, contract execution, rent collection, and maintenance requests. While Rentberry offers users a fully operational, web-based long-term rental platform.

I don't think you are saying it right. The application fee is quite minimal and considering the fact that if you go via other third parties they will be charging a lot more than Rentberry. They gonna attract more users to pay using berries as they will have the chance to pay half using tokens due to the 50% fiat off offer! Rentberry users will also come to know about the token system that has been launched and many possibly gonna get attached to this system rather than paying via direct cash!

Indeed Rentberry is a great project.We should not be underestimating Rentberry, they have a great team ,being listed on many articles that are now-a-days mentioned under rental services as well as they provides on-time support.
