I am sure Rentberry will surpass many of its competitors.  Millennials are now the largest demographic group in the U.S., surpassing previous generations. The overwhelming majority of them choose to rent rather than buy. Additionally, this generation is innovative and tech-savvy. Therefore, they will increasingly turn to Rentberry.

In the addition to above, I have heard most of the users are really waiting for implementing the crowdsourced security deposit system. I am looking forward to earning on that technology myself as well

Crowdfunding is less risky than investing in the stock market, that’s why everyone should wait till Rentberry implements it.

When you’re looking at the long-term rental space, it opens up a global effect where people around the world will be able actually to go in and help other individuals…unfreeze that capital and use it for something good.

This question interests many people including me. Earlier in order to track any alternative coins, extensive research was needed on the forums and chats. Now, this process has been simplified considerably thanks to new screening platforms.

You can keep BERRY at any ERC-20 wallet, such as  MEW. Also, for the extra security you may choose any ERC-20 hardware wallet.

Yes, ERC20 purse quickly gained popularity and was recognized as the best by some parameters. Today, almost all known ICO bind their token to the ERC20 standard and therefore to the MyEtherWallet wallet.

Maybe you're right. In Crowdfunding all the same, the funds are returned in full to the participants, if the project does not gain enough of them. Participation in ICO carries more serious risks. But it's up to everyone.

Rentberry plans to allow tenants to make their rental payments in BERRY tokens starting in 2018. This means no more fees will be incurred that will be associated with a credit card or wire transfer payment, bounced checks, unrecorded cash transactions, or long wait times for
receiving payments. The risk of any fraudulent activity will be minimized as all payments will be recorded on an immutable ledger.

Great news. It's nice that Rentberry cares about its members and implements services in favor of the consumer. Rather the listed functions became available.

What an interesting question! Especially with respect to competitors. I also would like to know about the position of Rentberry about them.

Today’s rental experience is not smooth and simple even in the US and other developed countries, let alone the rest of the world. Rentberry does not have competitors as all of them are just simple classified ads websites.

To claim that there are no competitors is very presumptuous, in my opinion. It turns out that Rentberry is a monopolist. But the engine of progress is competition not monopoly, since the lack of competition usually strikes the quality of the product (services).

Tenant screening is a process used primarily by landlords and property managers to evaluate prospective tenants. The purpose is to assess the likelihood the tenant will fulfill the terms of the lease or rental agreement and will also take great care of the rental property in question. This has nothing to do with tracking the tokens.
