Just curious. Which company does an ico and does not release the coins into the exchange ? Its like an IPO but the investors cannot sell their shares 

Also if US citizens want to use your platform, how do they purchase BERRY if it isnt on the exchange  ?

Also if BERRY isnt listed on the exchange then the market cap will forever be hovering around $30M which is such a small market cap

There is nothing to worry about, the amount is collected and this in principle is enough for successful work. But of course if there will be more money collected, it will be even better

I think here it will be possible to use the standard procedure.
transfer of the coin to the exchange, exchange for fiat, and withdrawal of funds.
also maybe you can spend Berry inside the application, for example on advertising
