Random thought:

If you bought bitcoin at 110 after news hit that the FBI seized Silk Road, you could have made 200% return on your investment in about five weeks.

And yet, I'm confident this isn't a bubble...it's a global movement in its infancy.

CGB price is moving up correlating with Bitcoin at the moment. Exactly as planned  Grin

I wonder though, where the price would be if cryptsy would open USD markets.

This is what I keep telling people. If we get Cryptsy to the net worth of 500k. All alt coin values increase. So buy shares now! https://cryptostocks.com/securities/57

Is CGB worth the gamble? I have a pretty good overview of bitcoin`s perspective, but what about alts overall? CGB cought my eyes on the topic about coins with the biggest facebook fan group.

The price is moving up with BTC, I would say it is probably one of the safest investments to have along with the 2% annual interest.

But in terms of ROI?

CGB has excellent community and developer support.

I'm not going to write up an A-Z on why you should invest in CGB and try to put something in your head to sway a decision, you can read back through this thread and get all the info you will require to make your own decision on an investment.

This quote comes to mind though http://www.yourdictionary.com/he-who-hesitates-is-lost  Wink

What block is the subsidy going to halve, is it on block 200k ?

I want to see it back up in the 0.002 price level.

Wait a little...I give it a maximum of  4 weeks (probably earlyer) and the price will be way higher then in the 0.002 range, just my belives, might be wrong Wink

A little = 4 weeks?
No sir. 4 days would be a little amount of time Tongue

Well, might well be that you get your whish grantet, blocksubsidy is today or tomrow(don´t know exactly)...that might be that it will make a hop up when that happens...but CGB is a long term invetment, thats why I consider 4 weeks as little Wink

Block reward halves from 1.25 CGB to  0.6125 CGB at block 195,001.

I agree that we will see a lot higher than 0.002, and in the not too distant future I can see 0.02 - 0.04. As soon as bitcoin takes a breather on its run, and BTC's come flowing back into alts, I expect so see a meteoric rise in CGB/BTC price. But its impossible put a timescale on when this will happen.

Remember, CGB dollar value is on the rise.

I had a question, is it like bitcoin-qt where I have to backup after every transaction or can I backup once and my CGB will stay up to date?
