It's the problem of many faucet users...
Try to clear the cache of your navigator and/or use multiple navigators. Recaptcha really sucks for that, but we can't figure this out as it's a user side issue.

Exchanging X$ worth of BTC into say LTC would give you Y$ worth of LTC with Y<X. Every time you exchange cryptocurrency you lose a percentage of it. You can try this by exchanging a chosen amount of LTC (or whatever crypto you like) into something else and then converting what you got back to the original crypto.

Example: I converted 100000 litoshi and got 1413.2 satoshi. I converted back 1413.2 satoshi and got 77400 litoshi. Total loss: 22.6%.
