For ICOS, check out eXchange Infinite (XinFin) [XDCE]
http://xinfin.io/

Based in Singapore, a developed country that is very friendly towards cryptos, a financial hub in South East Asia, with a stable economy, secular and democratic and societally stable, and have harsh laws against scams occurring within the country. Other successful projects from there includes QTUM, and VeChain.

XinFin already have a working product and have met their milestones thus far, and have established links with other companies and attracted investments.

I believe they will at least be as big as OmiseGo [OMG].
Right now their ICO is offering 20% bonus token.

It's so nice to see projects with ready-made products. This is already beginning to irritate that many companies start ICO without any ready-made solution or start implementing the project six months after the ICO.

But there are still not many of them.
The whole crypto community should try to make it actually become the rule for teams that are intended to hold the ICO.
This ultimately can significantly improve the ecosystem.

If you are new to the crypto world trying to find a save entrance but scared of loosing your money on shady exchanges Marinecoin might be worth a further look since its one of the few projects with an integrated trading platform to make market entry much easier for beginners. Besides that there is a free ico to start without the neccessity of investing real money at first. Feel free to register at https://marineco.in. You can also join the chat on discord https://discord.gg/zpQyDu6 if you still have further questions regarding the project.

I am going fully into the Marquise Museum project in 2018 to cement its position as the nr.1 cultural representative of the crypto wave before old world centralized players move into this space in 6-12 months.

I have 2 operational products in the present, 1 intangible and 1 tangible:

1) blockchain marketing for small caps using a subscription based token model
2) proprietary Museum Quality art created digitally using exotic computer programs

Crowdfunding is starting today swappable to Waves platform Museum Token which will be upgraded to a full masternode/proof of stake blockchain upon crowdsale completion.

I am alone in this space and the Swedish department of culture expressed interest in acquiring all rights to my art upon my request. The value proposition is three pronged: classically as a digital currency and asset, and thirdly as a proof of authenticity collectible token which is part of the installation itself.

Slogan: What if Picasso had a blockchain?

Oy, another crypto art project Shocked It seems that I should think about creating a separate rubric here with art projects and other atypical projects Smiley
So, I will certainly get to know your project in the near time! Thank you for informing it here Wink

Oh yes, Culture and publishing migration to blockchain will come as an avalanche soon, that's why I want the Marquise project to be first mover in this space and use that symbolical momentum to break into old world art scene and bring crypto with me for the mainstream. Initial ICO funds will be used to bargain a high end exchange listing. Value migration from physical goods to blockchain is on the order of multiple hundred billion the next few years, I see a universe of brands with personal chains interacting with present cryptos.

Hi. What do you think about Buzzshow? ICO began on February 12, although at the moment they have released only the alpha version.

Hey, I haven't heard about this project before. I'll check it out.
If this is really a working alpha version and the project corresponds to the topic rules, I'll add it to the list.
Thanks foe sharing!

Just to highlight that MEXC EMS products have been in used since the year 2000 on a gratis basis.
Only now we are commercializing them, after our inventor has retired from the government service.

One of the reasons our inventor created them is, the EMS products are expensive, and yet not designed by Orthopedic surgeons.
As such, the early critical care is not effective.

One of our patents, the pelvic clamp, was designed from the ground up after all existing products failed to save lives.
In one scene, one Korean lady died on the way to hospital because she lost 4 liters of blood due to ineffective products that failed to stop the bleeding from the pelvic bones after she was crushed by a concrete wall during building collapsed 20 years ago.

We have 25 new patentable products, 5 industrial designs, and 6 copyrights.
Check out our website at https://mexc.life to find out more.

Our private sale is over in 4 days time. Then, public sale shall start on Feb 24th.

Thanks.

Presence of finished products does not guarantee success. Many scammers are hiding behind the presence of a working product only in order to collect more money and disappear. You need to carefully examine the team and the idea.

You must check out Sirin Labs. I really believe that that would be the future of security here in the blockchain. I mean their OS, devices and other services, to make us secure and they are still working out for developments to provide customers optimal security needed for the crypto industry.

Hey. Yes, I know, they seem to have a working prototype of their smartphone, but their ICO has long been over.
This is really a powerful project, I hope they will follow their plans to the fullest.

- This list includes only projects with a working product (alpha\beta or release version, with real users);
- Projects with demo are not included;
- Projects that have completed their ICOs before I heard about them are not included;
- Projects that relate to gambling, sexual, alcohol, drugs are not included, even if they have a working product;
- Some of the proposed projects with a working product may not be included in the list by Crumple Cat's decision;

NOTIFICATION of 9 February
Guys, in our list, almost all the projects with the working product are finished!
Please, help me with the replenishment of the list Roll Eyes

In general, as you understand, this shows us well the situation on the market. In addition to scams, many are ready to work only after receiving the money.
This doesn't correspond to the spirit of true entrepreneurship and great breakthroughs and this isn't a good confirmation of serious intentions and, in general, the strength and potential of the teams. So, I urge all crypto community to require the teams to get real first results before ICO. Maximum, at an early stage, projects without a working product, but with serious intentions can hold only PRE-ICO, requesting small amounts (up to $500000, depending on the concept and scope of the project), and in the case of a successful PRE-ICO, the projects must definitely have a working product with real users and good traction before the subsequent ICO (if it necessary). I think this approach is correct for the majority of projects, but I don't exclude the existence of exceptions, of course.

GIFcoin is a top ICO in my opinion, that already has a working product - the betting site www.vitalbet.com .
The site was launched in 2015, it currently has 20.000 active users  and is already generating a nice profit.
GIFcoin holders will receive 80% from the net profit of the site at the end of ech year !

Sorry, but according to the rules of this thread, I don't add to the list projects that relate to gambling.
This is indicated in my first post.
