In general, as you understand, this shows us well the situation on the market. In addition to scams, many are ready to work only after receiving the money.
This doesn't correspond to the spirit of true entrepreneurship and great breakthroughs and this isn't a good confirmation of serious intentions and, in general, the strength and potential of the teams. So, I urge all crypto community to require the teams to get real first results before ICO. Maximum, at an early stage, projects without a working product, but with serious intentions can hold only PRE-ICO, requesting small amounts (up to $500000, depending on the concept and scope of the project), and in the case of a successful PRE-ICO, the projects must definitely have a working product with real users and good traction before the subsequent ICO (if it necessary). I think this approach is correct for the majority of projects, but I don't exclude the existence of exceptions, of course.

I would advise you to pay attention to promising projects where you can really invest (without a gas war), which are still undervalued. For example, ICO Daneel is an application for crypto traders. There are 2 days left. The project hardly will collect hardcap, but in my opinion it is interesting for investments for a long period!

I don't think I'll participate in another ICO anytime soon, the landscape just gets too crowded and I can not tell which of the many interesting ideas have the potential to succeed. But I'm going to keep an eye on such efforts to create lists of promising projects and looking into details.

Thank you for sharing your current approach here. And by the way in this thread as you see, you can sometimes find projects with a working product. I select them very carefully, but of course I guarantee nothing and don't call for investing in them

I may add CND or cindicator, they have a product too and its working already. In addition, GLAdius just ended their token distribution and they on network security. HMQ  too, or humaniq. There are many ICO nowthat are very active and having real life application of blockchain technology.

A new exchange is about to be online on 5 march 2018 , with demo working right now. It's bitpaction.com . Their own ICO is BPS.
Maybe you can take a look on their site and program. Looks very promising in my opinion.
All this started from the idea of a special crypto exchange.
I just looked at their whitepaper and their token sales conditions and bonuses and seems to be a good investment.

TOP ICO with quality work is very and must be in a big project of course. ICO is like Policypal Network of course. The quality of the Project work is undoubtedly of the highest quality.

I like Signals Network .. pretty sensible approach to the case,
the news is constantly coming out. The Alpha version of the project is already ready.

Also.. I like a great project IQEON which is going right now.
