savedroid.com is ongoing German fintech with working product Might be worth adding to your list. I did not see loci. That ico is finished. Also existing company with working product but large scale project and well they did not burn unsold tokens. Still trading far below ICO price.
P.S. see signature coinmetro also will hit the market with finished product. ICO ongoing and still tokens in 12 cent stage available

I didnt see the Rentberry platform on that list. Rentberry project should be added to that list.  It has a working platform with fiat currency on https://rentberry.com/

Unfortunately, I didn't have time to check it until the completion of their ICO and accordingly did not add it to the list. But the project does have a working product.

i think VLB should also be added in the list. they're creating kind of database which contains all the info about car history (owners, insurance, accidents etc.) with the help of IBM and QIWI as advisors. the product looks useful and very promising. they're on presale stage now, hardcap is only $12m, seems like it's not so hard to raise enough funds to implement the product.

The project was checked, but as it turned out, there is still no working product. They plan an alpha version for the second quarter of 2018. in any case, thanks for sharing.

Telegram TON may have a working product (chat app) but it doesn't mean they have a working blockchain product based on their claim on the whitepaper? Or a working product is a broad definition of a product of the company which may or may not be related to blockchain?

Hey, certainly you are right, but adding TON - Telegram to the list I was guided by the information from the whitepaper that as a result there will be an integration, accordingly it's possible to say that as a whole they already have a working product, although it has no relation to the blockchain now. Controversial situation, but still on the rights of the thread author, I would like to leave the project on the list. All the same it's the first project by the operating IT whale and many of us are users of Telegram

Kickcity have been around for awhile now just like Auctus. I think they run up of idea when bitcoin bubble went up last year and they end up postponing the ICO till this year. my top three ICO for March is Amon, Buzzshow and parkgene. Amon already have working project and buzzshow have a solid whitepaper with good and dedicated team. their bounty is being managed by yahoo. parkgene is another solid ICO that will interest big investors. their idea is really great and unique

Most of these products are in beta. And even despite this does not guarantee that your investment will pay off. Even analyzing a lot of things you can lose.

Of course, there are no guarantees. But at least the availability of a working product, confirms that the team is real and the team is working, in most cases.

That brings me back to the question, if an ICO not doing a KYC process is trustworthy at all.  

I would say so. Among those projects that doing KYC there are scammers. As well as among those who don't, there can be worthy projects. Especially those who adhere to the principle of anonymity in all. But in most cases of today's ICOs, I would not trust projects that don't hold KYC.
