A great topic, but to assess its real usefulness it would be nice to show the statistics of the success of such ICO. As it seems to me, projects having a working product have problems with scaling once they came to ICO, so I doubt that they can make a good profit.

AllMe scammed us all in a great way... So we need to be more aware of the lists like that, but anyway nobody could know for future it will turned out to be scam...

Another way to avoid scams: look at ICOs that do a DAICO, a new ICO model introduced by Vitalik Buterin.

A DAICO is basically a system where the company only gets a part of the fund released every month. The amount released is voted by the ICO participants. Worst case scenario - i.e. the projects doesn't deliver at all what was planned - the contributors can vote for getting refunded all the remaining funds available.

this sort of crowdfunding is very worn out, any kind of idea wanna became ICO, current this are destroy the good ideas, so for next projects is necessary to implement DAICO

I may add CND or cindicator, they have a product too and its working already. In addition, GLAdius just ended their token distribution and they on network security. HMQ  too, or humaniq. There are many ICO nowthat are very active and having real life application of blockchain technology.

I know one good ICO with cool MVP. Cryptics - the forecasting platform which does use 100% self-learning AI. Their AI does analyze the market of crypto currency and make daily, hourly and four-hourly forecasts for the different matches of cryptos, some exchanges and for the market.
