What Should I do as a newbie?

I'm Hoeda From Indonesian. I just tried to join today.
First I saw the enthusiasm of my friends in the village who had already mined bitcoin. About 3 years ago, my friend once invited me to join him.
but I refused, because at that time I was studying and working in one of the bona fide companies.
so I do not have time to spare.
and now I have graduated from my college.
then yesterday I accidentally saw my friend on Social Media, he has been successful with his efforts. I started chatting with her, she said her success was due to bitcoin.
after that I am more curious and interested to join to bitcoin.
many new things that I have not known here.
Now what should i do as a newbie and howto get bitcoin BTC ?

Educate your self, learn about cryptocurrency and how it works, what affects the price and so on. Cryptocurrency is really complicated and also risky as an investment. Those who have invested as early as when bitcoin was created risked their money and did not even expect bitcoin price to grow this much.

Getting merits is something that I am fully yet to grasp, I know it has to do with quality of posts and all that and at the discretion of other members, still waiting for it,am not giving up yet.

as a beginner all you have to do is read and learn about cryptocurrency and to generate bitcoin without investing is to join a bounty and do the work according to the existing rules

It wasn't hard to rank up until Jr member. The problem is after Jr no chance to rank up anymore if we couldn't get enough required merit in order to rank up to the next rank. This is the reality that we are dealing with forever hoping to rank up.

4.) Follow your coins closely, so you know when they go to exchange.

Yes that is right as a new ofcourse you should everything about crypt world, about trading and how the crypto market works.
