yes, I think so too. When I invest in bitcoin, I won't be interested in serious work anymore, and I will always observe the K line when I go to work.

Personally, I'm just attracted to get some extra income and feed my family, to provide my children with everything necessary for life. Bitcoin acts as heroin only on very greedy people.

Bitcoin doesn't produce addiction just like heroin does or other other types of drugs, or like with gambling but it similarly has made some to make impulsive and reckless decisions. I don't see it as an addiction but rather it can make one blind and greedy. Because of the promise of money or getting rich which gambling and bitcoin brings and some has believed, this has made the behavior of some to be reckless to the point that it may ruin their lives. It is in that way which makes bitcoin similar to heroin - or drugs.

Just like heroin or crack cocaine, it creates an addiction.

Same as was gambling

Many in here seem to have been caught up in it, spending far too much of their money on something. Partially to get the dopamine rush of buying more coin, and partially to satisfy their gambling lust hoping to score big.

It is no different than the people gambling their savings away on the roulette. Right now we are at the point where they have entered the casino and have been lucky, so they are up more money than they came. But instead of quitting while they are ahead they genuinely believe that their luck continues.

In the end it ends bad.

I admit that Bitcoin can make people addicted like heroin. But the difference is that bitcoin addiction is because the very profitable bitcoine but addicted to heroin will have a negative effect on its pecks.

I find you compare bitcoin with heroin is not correct. Bitcoin is not like heroin, it makes life much better. It brings people income, which is quite different from what you compare

I'd venture to say that it is not Bitcoin which is addictive like drugs, it is fast and easy profits that people quickly get used to and can no longer live without. Though I agree that this addiction can end badly because it can be said that this money is unearned. Easy come, easy go.

was missing topics like this from the OP, a well known fud spammer.
You canbecome addicted to basically anything in your life, i don't see your point, i mean, this can be a valid point but it can be applied to everything: tobacco, alchool video poker which are way more dangerous to use (and not talking about drugs).
This make no sense at all, nor it's an eye opener topic, just another useless topic by freight joe.

In my point of view, bitcoin for me so addictive that it gives me optimistic view of what my future looks like. Without it, i am so unsure of my future and of course, im a bit anxious of what's gonna happen financially.
And since i don't like drugs and gambling, i have no fear of investing in bitcoin because so far, i never found myself in a losing situation when i have invested in bitcoin. And if one day bitcoin will be gone for good? I got nothing to lose since i already spent my ROI in bitcoin. Smiley

Its like a  heroin because a person become addicted but not to the point that its about making own self crazy or out of control that was the effect of heroin while in bitcoin a person get addicted in earning money, got addicted in reading threads to learn more about crypto business, addicted on believing that everyone who wants to be a part of this botcoin community will become rich or to be financially free someday..positive side of being addiction on bitcoin. Some also get addicted on gambling because they thought that its just an easy money but without knowing how far money goes if a person get hook up in gambling it might reach to a point that a person will be bankrupt if he can control hiself..thats also addiction.
We cannot deny the fact that yes it is addictive like heroin but the only difference is bitcoin can be so addictive in a way that it can help people to have a better lives. Its profitability way to earn wherever and whoever you are is already a great privilege for its user. Unlike heroin, it is a powerful illegal drug that is prohibited for medical use because of its euphoric effects. Heroin "abuse and dependence" produce serious medical side effects, which may directly or indirectly result in death.

Bitcoin can not be compared with heroin or cocaine. He carries away, but does not create dependence as drugs. A bit bitcoin resembles a game of chance, one that depends on who is treating it. In fact, if you treat bitcoin as a gamble, it's likely that you will lose your money. Bitcoin should be treated calmly, without excessive fussiness and emotion.

This was funny Smiley), maybe is like heroin but on heroin you spend money and with bitcoin you do the other way(earning money). At the end is your choice if you wanna invest or if you don't ofc are some ways to earn it for free.

Getting obsessed and addicted to anything is not good for health. They end up negatively damaging the body. It is ones responsibility to be not obsessed with things. Same goes for bitcoin. You can't compare it with heroin. If you think you are addicted to bitcoin like heroin then you should get help and stop obsessing yourself for bitcoin.

I've seen Bitcoin affect people in disturbing ways, taking over their lives and causing sleepless nights and stress. With anything, it depends on your nature and how one allows things to effect them. Bitcoin and crypto currency can contribute positively to people's lives. Just don't gamble more than you can afford.

I think that if you take it as a bitcoin addiction, I see it as something productive that you can earn and save money and taking a little knowledge of how this coin moves and is being made with more power.
I do not think it's like heroin a destructive drug, at least the business if you do not take it so personal you can leave

in my opinion heroin and bitcoin are two different things, and if we are serious we will benefit from bitcoin but otherwise Heroin can kill us slowly ....

Many people say bitcoin is like a drug addiction but in a productive way. Bitcoin allows you to generate good income, as long as you dig up the more money you make. Money will also motivate you to do it in harmony.

You probably didn't get the meaning here. That means bitcoin becomes an addiction like heroin. After some time you cannot do without checking price or investing. That is not specific to bitcoin BTW. Whatever you invest or trade you will find yourself in same situation.
