I have been excercising for a while to lose wait now and eventually I've lost some weights. However the fat around my belly hasn't been burned. Please advice me what to do.
You need to do a lot of cardio, and make sure your calorie intakes are less then what you can burn.

Eat healthy uncooked vegetables and fruits for month. Take plenty of water. Bulk your stomach by eating water rich green vegetables. DO cardio exercise morning and evening.

You may want to look into juicing fruits and veggies and working out all together I get a real energy boost when I juice. So it should be nice after a long workout..

Yoga won't really help you get rid of the belly fat. Running and a little, not hardcore, diet will do the job

I lost a lot of weight in the recent years. Lifestyle change is inevitable. Avoid processed food. A raw food period (at least two weeks if you can't do it forever) cleanses the body (gets all the acid out), causes a change in metabolism, and raises sensitivity about which food is good for you and which is not.
Meat may be not as bad as some claim, but (especially cheap one) is loaded with pharmaceuticals which, you should be able to guess it, is intended to fatten the animal.
Exercise is very recommended of course, I swim or go to the gym almost every day.

I mean raw vegan. Vegetables are not so expensive here in Europe (I heard though in the US a cucumber may cost more than a burger at McDonalds). You may be able grow your own food if you have a garden or a balcony. Simply Raw documentary: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2pjkC71exKU

It's always the belly fat that is last to go. I've always been a skinny/normal fat level person but I still have belly fat. The only way to deal with it is through two combined methods: #1 - eat very healthy and #2 - do cardio-intensive workouts regularly. If you only do one, you probably won't see major change. People often forget that what you eat has a huge impact, to the point of even negating the gains of your working out.

Wheat is really bad, but I love bread so that is tough. Exercise...No Beer...Less sugar....Small amounts of meat. TONS of veggies.
Wheat is actually very good, in fact; on par with a lot of the 'superfood' grains you may hear about. It has nearly 4 times the fiber content of brown rice. Here's a comparison of wheat vs quinoa: https://www.google.ca/?gfe_rd=ctrl&ei=EI43U9PmHKrE8geN4oD4DQ&gws_rd=cr#q=wheat+vs+quinoa (Click on the arrow to expand the nutritional info) As you can see, it has a similar nutritional profile. The problem is processed wheat is stripped of it's goodness. When they send wheat to the mill to make it into white flour, everything goes: the fiber, bran, germ, vitamins, nutrients, etc. They actually 'enrich' the flour afterwards by adding vitamins to it The thing I like with wheat is that it isn't marketed as a superfood, so it's relatively cheap. And you can make some delicious dishes with it too:
