Bittrex is a main exchange, a large one, centralized
Etherdelta is the easiest for erc20 token to be listed, decentralized

But yeah, etherdelta is a great place to find some hidden gem, or you know shit scam token as well

I think EtherDelta is far worse than Bittrex so far. But ED is a pioneer of  decentralized exchange. This will be trend in the near future.

Bittrex and Eltherdelta are worlds apart, Etherdelta you might be able to pick up cheap tokens as they primarily focus on ETH tokens wheras Bittrex looks after the main coins and a lot of altcoins, they do not list everything that comes out.

Bittrex wins in my opinion.

I will recommend you only bittrex i'm also trading on bittrex its most popular and secured exchange to trade Bitcoin and altcoins and there is many altcoin exist.
Etherdelta is also secured and cheaper exchange but i i think bittrex is best for trading.

bittrex is easy to use. etherdelta is not userfriendly and slow. so my opinion is with bittrex.

Etherdelta is a centralized Cryptocurrency exchange and for most ERC20 platform Altcoins under Ethereum Smart Contract so therefore if you want to convert your ERC20 tokens into Ethereum then Etherdelta is best for you, otherwise Bittrex.com will offer you more and wide range of Cryptocurrencies that even is not ERC20 platform like Bitcoin, Bitcoin, Ripple, LiteCoin and so on.
Bittrex.com has a good support so if somethings gone wrong you can ask for help with their support personnel.

Etherdelta is the cheapest if you want to know but that is because it only have ETH/token pair when Bittrex have other pairs, USDT, BTC, ETH,... many more.

Are sure etherdelta is the cheapest? ED is terrible with the fees. But I mean basiclly that's because the ETH blockchain network is so crowded and you need increase the gas prise .

I prefer Bittrex. Bittrex is more simple how to use it.
 if we want to trade in Etherdelta, we can only use token type ER20 while in Bittrex we are free to use various tokens. Etherdelta is also more at high risk.
but if the new Altcoin usually go first in the market Etherdelta.

Etherdelta is quite slow because of many people are using it and Etherdelta's order book has more pending transactions than Bittrex.com.
Somehow Etherdelta's speed is slower than most of Cryptocurrency exchange but it is indeed one of the trusted Crypto-Currency in the world.

I agree but what makes Etherdelta morr secure is users have no account inside Etherdelta itself and you can do buy, sell and trade without exposing your account to hackers and hijackers. Unlike Bittrex.com a while ago, it was hacked massively that force customers to reduce their deposits in order to recover from the attacks.

i chose bittrex for exchange because it is safer to have email congirmation first and i have never used etherdelta

Bittrex has a lot of liquidity,but if you want trade on Bittrex you need to verify your account ,it is better to do that before sending coins to avoid problems

I think Either Delta, have a poor interface, its functional, but it need some improvements, dont get me wrong i think it have a lot of potential in the future.

etherdelta is a joke, a lot of supply and order that does not make sense there, for the beginning of hoarding a new coin is good, because the price is cheap, very cheap! but for trading and volume, bittrex is much better

For me bittrex because is an exchange where you can trade your altcoin to bitcoin or dollar pair.and it has a multi wallet platform for every coins being traded there. And this is protected my SSL, so you can rest easy about the safety of your funds and personal information.

why?

Etherdelta is cheaper and will have more coins but only lists erc20 coins, however it is a much worse user experience and easy to make mistakes or get scammed somehow. Bittrex is more established but has higher fees and less coins to trade. Generally in terms of exchanges just go where your coins are.
