Hi yxt, placed order a few days ago and status is now complete (#834).  I have got no tracking code for it though.  I had placed a previous order for more erupters a few weeks back and I was emailed a DHL tracking code so that I knew where they were.

EU vendors have to pay import tax which automatically puts us at around 20% higher than the US vendors. Also GroupBuys generally take time to organize, things cn go wrong and it takes longer to get your product, the person hosting the GB generally does not have to front any money as all is collected from the buyer, thus leaving little to no risk for a smaller price point which still incurs a profit

That sounds great yxt... But I am still waiting for either a proof that my shipment costs were higher than 5,50 EUR or a refund... Please have at least the courtesy of answering me. Thanks.

As written, I was very busy. I have not ignored you especially

You will not get a partial refund for the shipping costs.

I do not support renegotiation.
The price was known to you prior to ordering.
Committed was a fully insured shipping with tracking.
It was shipped as promised. So you get what you payed for.

The price is a flate rate price (so yes it it not 100% fair) and refers to parcels.
Why we ship partially different, I have already explained.

we shipped as insured letter instead as parcel if

a)
the letter is significant faster than the parcel for the destination country in general

b)
If the running time is the same, but the parcels was already done.
cut off time for parcel is two hours before letter.

So this was therefore a win-win

But we did so even if it is more expensive as a letter than a parcel (and is not covered by the flatrate price)

Not sure why your charging 4.895 for a Blade when I have can one expressed from the US for 3.6btc + .6 for shipping.
