If you read carefully or rather properly you'll see it's just a report and the only actual legislation that's been put forward was by Iceland which only involved strip clubs and printed stuff every country has their own crazy shit like that, the EU parliament tries this shit all the time, I suspect if they get an earful like they did with the SOPA bill they'll likely drop it.

In my strange country there have been cases of lingerie road billboards being banned cause ppl complained they are distracting and may cause accidents
