It means that almost half of the EU parliament are either, out of touch with reality morons or senile limp-di**s who found their way here by accident and thats not the kind of people I would like to have any influence on the shape of the EU but here they are and they are very influential.

If you read carefully or rather properly you'll see it's just a report and the only actual legislation that's been put forward was by Iceland which only involved strip clubs and printed stuff every country has their own crazy shit like that, the EU parliament tries this shit all the time, I suspect if they get an earful like they did with the SOPA bill they'll likely drop it.

In my strange country there have been cases of lingerie road billboards being banned cause ppl complained they are distracting and may cause accidents Wink
On the other hand they keep driving while holding a phone not to mention thousands of drunk drivers caught every year...
