ETH always gets red on some recent price change list. so I'm not so sure in the end of this month ETH will reach 14k. if it is still optimistic that the price of ETH will rise and want to increase ETH investment, now is the right time, assuming that it can replace capital from the first ETH purchase.

Thats right, and i still support ETH, because  in this year the ethereum have a great opportunity and shows the progress in market.
but everything is not permanent in the future really if all countries will regulate ICO then that will hurt ETH price.

ETH is a good investment because the most ICO's are based on it. ETH will grow and will cost more than $3k, but it takes time. I'm ready to wait. I think that ETH is the best option to invest for long term. I will wait for a few years to sell this coin.
