buy Byteball instead , better project better price. Do more research Get byteball the other dag/tangle project for 70x cheaper? seems the obvious choice here.

I believe both DAG currencies - IOTA and Byteball have great future ahead. Specifically for IOTA - Internet of things is picking up and number of connected devices would go into billions - this is one of the fastest growing markets also for company where I work. Due to number of devices connected and number of transactions that would need to be processed, the traditional blockchain based currencies are not suitable for this type of application, therefore IOTA, specifically designed for IoT transactions would be growing together with this market. It does not replace the blockchain currencies but it acts as supplementation to these blockchain networks.

As I understood, Byteball has a bit different applications than IoT, it's meant for betting or insurance agreements. Wallet's built-in bots are the small example of possible applications, I suppose.

I think the same, Byteball has a different application. Both of coins are great and I like DAG technology, but IOTA looks little better to me (e.g. no fees).

Byteball and iota are the two directions, and maybe you should buy some byteball, and his value has not been fully excavated.

Poor soul. If only i believed anyone would be so crazy i would donate you some btc. But i don't Let's revisit here in 1 year. iota - 3.4bn (lol) byteball - 178M ( 50% distriubuted) please requote my post everyone. I will see how much this person loses over 1 year. If he does not I will eat my party hat. Interesting to note 99.99% of iota threads here are noob accounts with no posts.

I think IOTA is pretty good. I see for the community is also active, in addition to the price is still stable. Maybe in the future will also start to rise for the price. I heard that IOTA developers are still actively developing their projects.

I do not support the coin IOTA. I can't figure out why it has this price. It has everything to do with speculation in the market?

There are many IOTA haters around which say that IOTA is a scam project. But I don't think so. I suppose it's very good choice to buy before the dump at BTC and ETH starts.

Everyone talks bad about IOTA & RIPPLE... And I kind of went along for a minute. But they both are going up and up. I wasn't trying to hype Ripple, it's just it has been worth pennies and somehow the volume is bringing it higher & higher, and that's just impressive...

I've just read this some 30 minutes ago: https://thenextweb.com/hardfork/2017/11/28/iota-microsoft-data-marketplace-cryptocurrency/Some partnership with MS, Fujitsu and many others, launching "data marketplace" for IoT. I am not into IOTA so I don't know 100%, but I see that IOTA rose some 17% today, so it's a pump on good news. I think that right now there's a chance to miss the train but also a chance to buy overpriced IOTA, or, better said: it may moon or it may come back to normal.

The full list of all the public participants is:
Accenture Labs, Agder Energi, Alliander, Alpiq-GridSense, APG SGA, Enexis Group, EPM, Blocklab (part of Port of Rotterdam), Bosch, City of Trondheim, City of Torino, Deutsche Telekom Innovation Labs, DNV GL, Assurance, Elering, Engie Lab, EWE, Farmforce, Fujitsu, ISMB, ICE Lab, Microsoft, Movimento (Delphi), Nordic Impact, NTNU, Orange, Oslo Business Region, Poyry, Samsung Artik, Schneider Electric, Sopra Steria, TINE, Trianel, TUM, Universidad Nacional de Colombia, University in Oslo, with more joining over the coming weeks.
I would say, If these companies can belive to IOTA, I can too.

I would say that DAG-based cryptocurrencies in general, so both IOTA and Byteball, will rise substantially very soon. Although I believe that Bitcoin will also rise further, it will mostly serve as a storage of value, not as a currency. It's simply too slow for that, with too high transaction costs. DAG cryptos are much better suited for this. However, this has obviously not been recognized by the market yet, which gives a chance to buy & hodl & profit big time. IOTA is on the rise already, but my bet is that it's only the beginning.

DAG's look promising since they seem to have the answer for the problems that blockchain coins are suffering, like speed, scalability issues and fees, and why not mention sustainability, since we have seen a lot of debates talking about the amount of electricity needed to mine bitcoin. There are at least two well know coins that use DAG. IOTA is one of them, but the first one to be created was Byteball if I'm not mistaken. IOTA has the advantage of having no fees at all, when compared to Byteball, and is also way better ranked in coinmarketcap, so it probably gets a lot more attention, but I'm not very confidant on their dev team right now. They really messed up when they attempted to create their own hash function, and I don't think that will be easily forgotten. I like both coins, and DAGs look promising like I said, but they still need to be put to test. The thing with DAGs is that their transactions are only faster if they are frequent, so without real adoption it's potencial is reduced. Maybe this is why they are having a hard start, and are not yet very popular. As for buying some more, why not. It's an investment that might give you good return if they do well, but don't overdo it , because like I said DAGs are still not very popular and without adoption they won't work well.

IOTA is going strong, up 35% in the last few hours. IMO it's still a good time to buy... it will prolly reach $2 by the end of the year https://coincodex.com/crypto/iota/

Also, I think it is a little Too late to buy more and It will come back in my opinion.
