Import duties / VAT / etc will have to be paid by the customer i suppose

and a 175cm * 175cm * 75cm box will not pass customs unnoticed :-)

Promise less, deliver more. It will most likely be in a much smaller form factor which will be confirmed over the next couple of weeks. That was mainly the reason why we stopped taking shipping fees in advance.

Almost 9pm here so we are calling it a day. Please continue to send your questions as we will be compiling the most relevant queries into a FAQ.

Why in your NEW website is displayed a one year old image about a GPU mining ?

 Undecided

Stock image. We thought it would seem dishonest if we used a bfgminer screen shot of another ASIC product so we tried to make it as obvious as possible by using an old GPU screenshot.

Hello xcrowd. I would like to know when you are taking orders for units as am interested to place some pre orders and also would like to know before hand when to expect delivery and if theirs options to speed up shipment?
NOW.
Visit their Site.

PS: My Ordernumber for 15,000 Mhsh/S is #149

Just ordered however seems to be mess up in prices on site prices say $165 for 60GH then shows 499 etc

$329.00 for 150,000 however price states $670 so 2 totally different prices ranging from one at $329 as shown then in payment its $670 looks like needs work on it.

The prices listed are for the 30% deposit option and it's mentioned on top of the product description. You would be able to choose between both the 100% & the 30% option before you add a unit to your shopping bag. We'll try to make it more clearer.

Does shipping from China mean including a power supply puts the device at risk for customs delays? Avalon ran into that so started offering to ship without power supply. Perhaps I should remove the power supply from my order for this concern, and also to make it a little lighter to ship?

You would be able to use a number of standard atx psu's but it's best that you hold off it until we are able to recommend a list once we've tested them on our reference board this October.

The shopping cart software might not allow orders on things out of stock?

Hi

The shopping cart that we use is quite limiting but we'll make it more clear in the product description that it's a pre-order.

change the wording before you get into hot water...

We will make sure to. Might seem obvious to most here but it's worth pointing out. We will be sending out an email with crystal clear terms before anyone completes their orders.

Xcrowd,

You need to have an account front end so people can see their orders, status etc.
