I'm creating a social cryptocurrency and considering a DAO structure.

Dash provides block reward as:
45% to miners for generating the blockchain
45% to master nodes (primary voters for fund expenditures)
10% to fund any expenditures for the network

Does that format mean that miners are less likely to mine for that group because the block reward isn't as valuable? Or does that mean that the currency will immediately be more valuable because the funding of marketing?
