I think that the simplest solutions work the best, as a result of this I say best investment today is land.
Its finite but still in abundance, always required by housing, industry and services. Agriculture is a little in decline as technology allows us to gather more crops from smaller areas but I think that in few decades farming will encounter a boom.
However one looks at it, whatever the perspective, land seems like a smart choice.

I find no profitable investment except for cryptocurrency so I would only choose it as an investment. However, apart from investing, I would want to invest on my own buy putting up a small business. I would want to see my money and all my hardworks grow.

I'm not a big fan of real estate anymore.  The market has been over saturated and most of it is overpriced.  We may be seeing another crash in real estate similar to 2008.  It's gotten really bad in San Francisco and Seattle, even people that are working can't afford housing.  Millennials are fighting an uphill battle with the rising housing costs and wages being very stagnant.

Yeah, here in our country price of real state is really high that middle person cannot afford it most specially in commercialized area, so the rich real state owners are getting rich by buying more lands. But I think real state still are the best thing to own now aside from bitcoin and other cryptos.

Property really profitable especially in my country where you still able to buy house and i think its cheap compared with developed country. We cannot predict what exactly happens in the future of cryptocurrency so I invest a property in order for me to have legal investments in our country because I encountered some cases that cryptocurrencies is banned in other places.

we really need to have other plans and not just stick to one thing investment, there are still many ways to invest our assets so we do not just invest in crypto. with the profit that I got from crypto, in the future I will make business in the real world so that money will continue to move to always cover my needs, if one day the crypto market returns a deep enough correction so I don't need to lose a low price.
