Both Jupiter miners were received on 10/7 and are up and running smoothly.

Internally there were fans that had fallen loose during shipping.  I'd suggest that everyone open their machines before turning them on, as the problem was only obvious on one of the miners from looking from the outside.

Thanks AFox!

Lots. Smiley   Just off the top of my head - about $50k.  Once I hit that amount the PayPal anti-fraud division called and wanted the answers to a lot of questions I didn't care to answer before they'd let me spend any more that week.  Didn't want to get on the wrong side of the FINRA AML laws and all ...

Should be able to check some of these off on Friday - have tracking numbers...

And responding to the suggestion about opening your case - you need a STAR SD-20 screwdriver to open the case, just FYI.  And they're a bitch to put back together - these are bend-to-fit cases and the bending is done at the time they close them up for shipping.

No need to put the case back on... check out this thread, Sitarow proved what a few of us were thinking

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=306969.100

and crazy that .93 is rocking my miners...  now my jupiters are 527 & 515
and that 527 was a miner stuck around 427 running .94 and .91

the night time cold draft is probably helping a few Gh too   Cheesy

Can anyone speak to how many days it took for your order to go from In Progress to shipped?  My first order has said "In Progress" for days.

Also, anyone had any contact with KNC?  They don't seem to be answering my e-mails or their phone.  I'd just like to know that they are still there at this point.  Makes me feel a lot better to see people saying that they are receiving shipments though.

Order 111X - Paid June 5th - Jupiter upgraded to Saturn on 18 July and Paid - Status - "In Progress (Payed)"
Order 401X - Paid July 23rd - Jupiter - Status - "Paid (Payed)"

Wanted to let people know that Customer Support answered me back:

We are terribly sorry that you didn't manage to reach us. We have big load of phone calls and the line could be busy.

Your early order already sent to production and you should be receiving the tracking number and estimated delivery date very shortly.

Med vänlig hälsning | Best regards

EDIT. paid to clear at customs $10.95 UPS fee + $55.20 customs fee + $397.30 tax (GST) = $463.45
The cool thing is, I seemed to pay tax for Saturn instead of a Jupiter. Thanks KnC

Hi guys, I received my KnC Jupiter today. The package isn't too damaged (but I had to fix the fans), unfortunately it's consuming over than 800W at the wall.
