ok news my #304x order Jupiter will arrive on Friday 10/18/13 instead of Monday as I thought
I just got the DHL tracking number and it says Brussels...I called 1-800-225-5345 and they said it will arrive tomorrow(shocked I was)
Friday 10/17/2013...it showed "shipped' on Wens....shipped on Thursday .be here Friday. So call this number ASAP when you get a
tracking number to be safe.

I also got a FULL REFUND  on my "processing' order of #526x just now ...customer service went way beyond the call of duty
and physically 'pulled' my unit out of production ..they could have taken the easy route and just said it was too late to change
but really went the extra mile ..I was very very impressed ..so that order is CANCELLED in the list you can take it out

So they are really chugging thru stuff so if you plan to pull a unit ...be quick.....they probably will get everything out in 2 or 3 days
from what I can tell

anyway.....again it would have  been easier to take the route of just telling me I was too late instead they stepped up and pulled
my after Oct 15th unit even thou they could have probably convinced me it was impossible to do so at that time as it was in processing
they did so without fan fare and went the extra mile ...what do they say ...see how people act when no one else is looking...well again
I was very impressed ....they really had to beat the clock on my part

so you want one of your units pulled they will do so ASAP but again it looks to me like stuff is gonna get done with this batch soon

I will be ordering from KNC again ...but that Saturn with current situation after Oct 15th ...was just a bit too much for me at this time
with this option to get a refund due to them stepping up and eating it on their missed Oct 15th deadline...again I'm very impressed!

Old Style Legacy Plug & Play BBS System. Get it from www.synchro.net. Updated 1/1/2021. It also works with Windows 10 and likely 11 and allows 16 bit DOS game doors on the same Win 10 Machine in Multi-Node! Five Minute Install! Look it over it uninstalls just as fast, if you simply want to look it over. Freeware! Full BBS System! It is a frigging hoot!:)

Pretty nice update and I hope you are right regarding 2 or 3 days. If so, considering all that has happened with KNC, they are looking like a force to be reckoned with going forward.

Thx,
IAS

Got mine today. The box was beat to hell and 2 of the fans had come off.  Angry I put them back on, turned on the machine, updated the firmware and she is now running like a champ. Thanks KNC.  BTW still waiting for my Jalapeno I ordered from BFL eons ago.  Maybe I will get it by January 2014. LOL.

Aussies,

Received your units yet? How was the shipping damage, if any?

Package currently held hostage in customs clearance.  DHL has so far lived up to my expectations, based on previous experience, to be the worst "Express" shipping carrier I have ever had the displeasure of being subjected to by foreign businesses.  They just don't have the infrastructure in the USA to provide consistently reliable or timely service.  I hope others have better luck with them on the average.

If it says "clearance event" on the DHL tracking site, then you need to call them to get it through unfortunately.

Thanks, it's a little hard to look into every thread to update this list.

Looks like our Order #38xx has gone astray -- shipping to Canada.

We have a Waybill number -- claimed to be UPS that looks like Nothing I ever saw before from UPS and a supposed ship date of October 15th

Format of TN was:  000-SWKA-000000

No email was received -- we saw this on logging in to the account.

Strange days!

Give me this day my daily Bitcoin...

Order 3576 Mercury delivered... with a baseball-sized hole in the box.  It took DHL 2 days to ship to the US southwest.

Got my July 1st order today. Both fans had come off the heatsink, but no biggie.

Setup is pretty damn easy. Changed the password, ip address, etc. no problem.

Upgraded to 0.96 firmware and it initially said 0.95, so I did it again and it was
correct. Maybe you can only jump to a certain version at a time.

Using 315 watts including a network switch and fan. I took the case off and used
it at 90 degrees upside down as a base to allow the main case to cool underneath.
