It's easy to see for any crypto, the markets available. Just go to coinmarketcap, search for your currency, in this case it's https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/iota/

Then you click the Market tab and it will show all available markets you can sign up at and trade. If it's not listed there, then there's no useful volume to track, so you would be wasting your time anyway.

Anyway for IOTA I can only see MIOTA/USD at Bitfinex and Exrates.  you can use Tether at OKEx.

Bitfinex is a good place for you to buy IOTA. Another good place to buy IOTA and you can try to use the binance exchange site. Iota/Euro pair is not available right now. the possible thing you can buy iota through USD pair. Or it may better to use the bitcoin pair.

Depends on which exchange you are going to use to buy IOTA. But USD is more common comparing with euro.
you can transfer usd to major exchanges, they will give you usdt and you can buy btc using usdt. And then you can exchange btcs for IOTA.
