Doubt if I would waste my bitcoin on shopping. Who in there right mind would spend bitcoin shopping; especially at McD’s?! This is just a way whale are stealing back BTC from unsophisticated holders. Thanks, but no thanks!!

Yeah I know your point and it's all up to us where we'll use our bitcoin but to think that this will be another milestone for bitcoin and surely the price will gets affect in a good way, aren't this a good news to us? Taking bitcoin to another level is a huge step and it will also gain more attention.

The reason why Bitcoin was made is to make transactions a lot faster and easier. But because of the rapid increase in Bitcoin’s price, I am making Bitcoin as a tool to make my money multiply just like what other people are doing. Bitcoin’s value may increase after I used it for payment. Therefore, I will not use it as a payment for any store’s goods or services.

Apart from surfing the bitcoin wave I do not see any interest for a company to accept the BTC as a means of payment.

You know you have to wonder if the hysteria and the inflation and hyped up price + volatility will hamper it's adoption potential.

Because if BTC is not being used as intended then it has failed.

Don't get too excited about it. There are a lot of roadblocks. Even if the issue with fee/confirmations can be removed with the usage of a third party processor (such as Coinbase), the legal and logistical issues remain. McDonald's need to find a bank where they can deposit their earnings from BTC (trust me, it is difficult). And also, they need to convince the authorities that BTC is a legal form of payment.

Yeah , I agree with you , since this thing really makes us motivated to use more and more bitcoin for the better future but for 2-3$ of thing needed to pay 1-2$ fee in bitcoin will really results into loss for the customers and also they will face the same problem during withdrawal .So in that case they will need own service that will be Thier party Wallet to make transaction free of cost like we can send any cryptocurrency from one yobit.net account to another using yobit code , so may be they need to such types of services but unfortunately it is not available , so I this case they need to have better and new own service so that people can easily buy things with the bitcoin in Thier services .

I think If this happens, it will be more comfortable for everybody, increasing the reach of bitcoin in business is a smart move,  It is also a good marketing strategy for mcdo to accept bitcoin, bitcoin price is continuously growing and is user are expanding! with that they can get more profit in just a single chicken feet!😂

Yes it can be more comfortable and easier to use bitcoin on buying foods using Bitcoin but the problem is the high fee's and slow transaction that bitcoin has now. If only Bitcoin transaction fee is low it can really help to bitcoin to be know in the public.

Any establishment accepting Bitcoin especially if it is a huge company as this is a great accomplishment for Bitcoin.  I believe this makes sense for those who deliver goods since they do not have to accept fiat currency payment and won't be a target of people who have evil intentions of stealing money from these delivery personnel.  This will definitely put Bitcoin to more places in the world.

Transfer fees are too expensive for a big mac. Transfer time would take longer than actually driving through or even waiting in a line 6 people. Honestly, it wouldn't make sense because it's very inconvenient to both McDonalds and the person buying. Honestly, I'm fine using real money.

Yeah, these are the issues that have accompanied Bitcoin since its birth .What do you think people will not avail this facility and for how long are we going to make our deals in real money? Everything will be transferred into digital form and this is the beginning of a new era, a society which will be cashless.
