McDonalds to accept Bitcoin by 2018

More and more people will be interested in bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and soon many services and shops will accept bitcoin.

It can seen good but with these transaction fees and waiting times its almost impossible to use that kind of transactions.

Lol! was also thinking the same. as we all know Mc Donalds are always full of hungry people falling in line on the counter, and if the transaction time takes long i wonder if people will still wait and not grumble because they are already hungry. well, goodluck to Mc Donalds then.

The transaction fees are definitely the biggest hurdle to overcome for companies like this to start accepting bitcoin as a payment method. I've heard other companies talk about that as an issue as well. I think Steam recently stopped accepting bitcoins because the transaction fees were often as much as the actual cost of the game you were buying, and they didn't want to have to deal with all the customer service issues that come with that.

It will be interesting, if it is really so, but that's just how many people will pay a constantly expensive bitcoin in McDonald's - it's not clear.

That will be an amazing if this would happen in 2018. There is a huge fan following and customer satisfaction for McDonalds and if this food restaurant helps people use bitcoin for transactions and payment methods, you will be seeing some marvelous changes in bitcoin price because more people will likely to get into bitcoins and this usage will increase the fame of bitcoin too.

Does that even make sense with the current transaction times and fees? You are going to pay more for the fees than for your meal. Unless the fees go down drastically, it makes no sense to use bitcoin as a daily payment method.

Maybe for other people it make advantage but for the other people it have an disadvantage too. If you think about the bitcoin as  to mcdonald don't you mind if your transaction fee of paying bitcoin is higher the price than the order of meal that you want to buy? I think its really expensive. Yeah it have an advantage more to the bitcoin because it might have be a famous to all over the world

I think it is a wonderful partnership where the company and management of bitcoin will deal with the biggest fast food chain in the whole world which is Mcdonalds.

I do not think that it fits well on a payment for meals such as Mcdonalds. Though it can be possible, maybe it can be applied if Mcdonalds create accounts for their customers in a long time basis like paying a big amount and consuming it in a long term. Anything is possible but with the right program and right processes.

I love mcdonalds and i eat a lot in this fast food in the morning before going on my day job and if mcdonalds will implement a payment method using bitcoins then that was really a good news because we can buy food on a cheaper value.
