I've been mining this project, the team has done a fantastic job of getting on multiple exchanges in the first few days! Very excited for this coin.

Thank you very much for the kind words. If you'd like to see one of the most recent updates, check the #announcements page on our Discord.

We recently added ten full TOR nodes to provide an onion only network for Bulwark.

Love the vanity addresses by the way - that musta taken a bit of compute horsepower!

Thanks for the feedback, guys!

In your experience, does the issue come and go even when using the same hot/cold wallet combo? That is, sometime gui-launching works, other times not?

Can't really tell you about combos, I personally prefer to split wallets, but yes, for some reason which I don't get this issue is not constant.

I'd be hard pressed to believe they steal coins. I've mined on their pools many times in the past and have never had an issue.

how to set MN on windows?

I would suggest renting a linux VPS on a website like www.vultr.com

I'd use Ubuntu 16.04. The cheapest server is $5/month and you can preload your account with bitcoin after you put in verified credit/debit card information.

This is all certainly excellent. But I can run MN and myself on several computers. ON THE WINDOWS !!! I wonder whether this is possible in principle. If not, why is it not written on the first page?

The reason is that your public IP gets posted in the wallet when you run a masternode unless you put it through TOR(we have this available, I'm the wrong person to ask regarding how to utilize this service though). I'm sure you can appreciate the sentiment behind us not suggesting you host it locally where people could potentially ddos your home network.

Whereas if you do it on a remote rented VPS and it gets attacked. You can just destroy it and set up a new one no problem.

Project looks great.

What's the thinking behind a five year POW period? Are you hoping that pow miners will help the coin become 'established' and then transition to be involved in masternodes down the track. Or is it more that POS will replace POW, and your focus (and rewards) are on masternodes since that is what is mainly required to keep the system secure?

OMG, so fast!

I watch how the new coins go faster and faster to stock exchanges. The main thing is that all this progress also does not quickly turn in the opposite direction, as it was with other similar coins.

We do not have a five year PoW period. The Proof of Work and Masternodes phase only lasts approximately one year. After that, it will switch to Proof of Stake and Masternodes.

On our discord in the #masternodes room there is a guide that should help you configure a masternode. If you have issues, somebody in there should be able to help you.
