Thinks don't add up for me too. How are there that many masternodes already running, when it would be 20,000$ to 'pay' for the collateral. Mining at 340mh/s would not even generate 1000 coins in a year. The difficulty will skyrocket and ... Looks at too many issues by ready this thread. Not usual for a real coin/project. Actually I see nothing wrong with what you mention. The existing masternodes online would have as total collateral less than 2.5 million coins. That's not too much. Who cares how much it costs in $? That depends on the current value of btc and bwk-btc exchange rate. Not too long ago, the price of btc was like 13k and bwk was at 100k sat. That would put MN price at over 60k. Have you looked at other mn costs? Dash, Luxx? Also many other even less known coins that cost as much or more per MN.

Yes, it doesn't make sense. if it costs any amount to set up a masternode, and the 'average' price of a masternode is 66k (no one knows the variance), so 1 of them could be worth 1$. Not to mention it has to be online 24/7, so server costs, + many other costs for a something is will cost more to even get it set up. I wasn't asking about the price of BTC and exchange rates. Should not be related. Not too long ago, it was very likely to mine 5000 coins in a week. Answer to "who cares how much it costs in dollar value?". People that mine for no other reason than to waste time and hopefully not real money.

Looks like it's not useful to you. That's OK too - choose something else.

That is peculiar to say the least. I'll see if I can get somebody to take a look at it and get back to you.

I'm struggling to even understand what point you are trying to make here
Not to mention it has to be online 24/7, so server costs, + many other costs for a something is will cost more to even get it set up.
Seriously? It costs about $5 a month on vps or $7 a month on bithost.io (same company). Bithost.io allows you to pay with a variety of crypto, so you can even use your revenue from MN to pay
I wasn't asking about the price of BTC and exchange rates. Should not be related.
You care about dollar value of a MN but the price of that coin is in btc and therefore the btc exchange to the dollar is related.
Not too long ago, it was very likely to mine 5000 coins in a week.
So what? Is that supposed to mean something? You think all those people with masternodes mined their coins? They bought them on an exchange, sold by those miners when they could mine 5000 a day, and probably sold them for cheap for this reason
Answer to "who cares how much it costs in dollar value?". People that mine for no other reason than to waste time and hopefully not real money.
Again, I'm having a hard time understanding what you mean. No matter

OMG it takes forever to send coins to Cryptopia now with the 250 confimations ... nearly 7 hours now...

Having an issue with nicehash hitting BSOD's pool and forking the chain. They've gone into maintenance mode to reindex while the other pools work on getting the next block solved for the main chain.
We've asked Cryptopia to disable withdrawals and deposits for the time being while we sort everything out just in case.
Edit: Looks like everything is good now. Cryptopia has been requested to take us back out of maintenance mode.
Edit: Cryptopia has taken us out of maintenance mode. Everything is business as usual again.
Hello, Do you plan to list on Yobit? That would be most welcomed if you do.

BSOD is on the weak fork again. Check the block explorer. Why are they splitting chain?

OMG it takes forever to send coins to Cryptopia now with the 250 confimations ... nearly 7 hours now... When they brought our coin out of maintenance mode they forgot to set the confirmation number and I guess it defaults at 250. I got a hold of them yesterday and got them to change it back to 20 confirmations like it was before.

BSOD is on the weak fork again. Check the block explorer. Why are they splitting chain? Either a malicious or ignorant Nicehasher pointing too much at them at once. We've got one of our devs working with them to sort out why their pool keeps splitting the chain when Nicehash gets pointed at them but not any of the other pools. Good opportunity to further show why it's important to spread hash power around pools. All it does is screw over the miners and the nicehasher on BSOD while they orphan the split chain blocks and reindex.

It is strange chain is going out of sync so often. Nicehash has very little hash power last 3 hours so problem will be somewhere else.

I think problem is Cryptopia may be on the shorter chain, none of my deposits in the last few hours is showing up at Cryptopia. Do the devs have direct contact with Cryptopia?

I think cryptopia has a few problems with other coins too. But bulwark has been a bit unlucky with cryptopia issues, maybe because it is traded more but not really sure from a technical perspective.

Same here. No deposits since yesterday. Looks like they stopped deposits by purpose. Is anybody in contact with them?

I can't seem to find the answer by googling, but can you *currently* stake this coin without a masternode?
Staking and Masternode have nothing to do with each other No? Hold coins. Secure network. Earn coins. They're not exactly antonymous. But feel free to expound on the intricacies.

Price dropped so low...or it is just due to sells around all coins?

There is no price drop, see coinmarketcap.com. Nobody is selling. Mining continues at common levels. Just deposits to Cryptopia are temporarily stopped.
