Agreed. There are a lot of good quality of coins / tokens under 1 usd level. XLM would be first choice probably. Then you can check Oyster Pearl and Oyster Shell which both of them is under a dollar. Another one I like in that range is Live Stars, there is not much good example of adult entertainment with blockchain like them.

If bitcoin starts to go up and the market turns green, then many cheap altcoins will grow in price. For example, a good profit will give TRON. But ripple is unlikely to be more expensive. These coins are issued too much, so the ripple will not cost more - 2.5-3 dollars.

Don’t focus on the price tag of the coin, focus on the ROI and marketcap of the coin instead. Ripple for example is only at $.24 cents yet has a marketcap higher than DASH which is at over $450 a coin.
