The best coin that i can think off at the time under 1$ is golem i think..it is only about 0.5 USD right and is a very good potential coins and can bring out multiple times profit in a long run..it can easily reach 1$ at any time so very good coin to invest under 1$.

Golem is a good coin, but the problem is that it is not showing much of a movement. One year ago, the exchange rate was around $0.60 per coin, and now it is around $0.48 per coin. At the same time, the other coins have given anywhere from 10x to 100x returns.

consider buying revain as it has mooned to 4 dollars before and currently is below 1 dollar because of the current ups and down in the bitcoin market and the blockchain framework in entirety.  but then there are loads of other coins too that are valued and have god projects. thanks

Difficult, because you have to look at the marketcap, not only on the value of 1 coin.
But in my opinion good coins under 1USD are: Elixir, SophiaTX, Wabi and Peculium.

One of the most easily found $ 1 altcoins is Ripple. Perhaps at this time many parties doubt the decentralization of ripple.

Coinmarketcap does not list new coins for a few month. They need 100k USD trading a day, which for my opinion is too much.
