Anyway, I think external factors will have too big of an impact for technicals, moving averages, "support/resistance levels", etc., to drive the price. As it has been throughout 2017, things happening in btc, bch, eth, ICOs, and flavor-of-the-month type coins will drive capital flows.

Litecoin's immediate future in 2019 will be determined by how it manages this final month amidst Bitcoin's ATH and the strong movements by the other Top 5. My personal feeling is that it will break not just $95 but above $100, but the real test can only come when other alts start their cyclical decline. If Litecoin can somehow buck that trend and tread water above $100, then we'll know its underlying strength.

Daily charts are next to useless here, in my opinion. Volatility simply strips any meaning from TA at this short period.

Why is Litecoin better than other cryptocurrencies such as Vertcoin and BCH? I've been researching about the 3 of them to pick one to invest but i'm not entirely sold on Litecoin yet.. Would like to hear your guys feedback as you seem to understand what it offers that is better than its competitors. I'll check back on this thread to read what ya'll have to say.
