It is good for those who have lot of bitcoins in their holdings. This is free money like incentive or airdrop and we have nothing to get from it. It is a normal coins launch type thing for me since I will have to buy it from exchange if I feel need so. Anyways it will bring some money to majority of people here.

Why is it that this new launched fork coin of Bitcoin doesn't have any wallet available online and offline? so the only way to retrieve this newly forked coin is to have a Bitcoin to the partnered Crypto exchanges?

Anyone who kept coins in coinbase will not get this fork. If you haven't moved them before that block you're out of luck.
If it is a huge success they might do it. It's entirely under their control.
