yes it is possible,but i guess by that time most normal people cannot even afford to pay for the fees....
but ofc im one of those who saw bitcoin frm hundreds climbing up to thousands and that was really awesome!
as of now all we can do it wait and be observant...anything can happen fast at this point,either a fast pump continue or a fast dump...

This thread is FULL to the brim with people so doubtful about this being a possibility and it's astonishing to me. If I called your house 10-years ago and told you 70 bitcoins is all you need to be a millionaire, would you have believed that when you began mining 100's of bitcoin on your crappy laptop?

The reality is that the price of bitcoin started at something less than $.01 per coin for the first months, lazslo's pizzas, the early days.. Now that price has climbed exponentially, by countless-thousands of % .. It has made bigger climbs, through tougher times and more complex problems. I don't understand how anyone can be in doubt over this claim. The question is "when," not "if."

If you invested $1 back in those days, you'd have over a million dollars, about 100 coins. These days that $1 only gets you 0.00007; bitcoin has shown all you horses water, yet you refuse to drink... What must it do to make believers out of you?

Honestly if they do a dump, so what. Is better for everyone to be honest, I really want to put my money into bitcoin anyhow, what I really want is the fees to be fixed and the speed.  I really hoping the lighting network can do away with the issues that bitcoin is having right now. and if it can not, then I gotta say maybe bitcoin wont fare well in the long run, or maybe it will be just a rich mans coins where only the rich will use it.

With 0.01btc in wallet the user from a third world country might get turned to be a millionaire, same is not possible with the people from the first world or grown countries. 100 million dollars for each bitcoin is something which seems almost impossible.Buh lets give it a test of time., I mean we have to be realistic here. The rise up to 10K took a very long time already, and issues like energy costs and transaction fees and a large number of unconfirmed transactions are popping up, to say nothing about whether the crypto economy will make it possible to reach 100M.

Well this is very hard to happen if not impossible. Bitcoin's price actually dropped down to around 14000$ and it is still very volatile. It will not reach the Millions levels at least in our generation and dont forget that there re so many othe valuable crypto currencies.

It depends on what you mean by "millionare".
By the time Bitcoin has increase in value to the amount you suggest, the entire world system will have new meaning of what being wealthy is.
Like the days when if you had 100 sheep, some fruit trees, and 10,000 goats, (and you had all your teeth) you were considered 'rich'.

Assuming Bitcoin continues it rise over the next several decades, the important point is how Bitcoin improves in relation to other global currencies. If the dollar doubles and Bitcoin only rises 50%, you would do better holding your worth in dollars.

Although I admire your optimism about Bitcoin I don't think it is a good idea on sharing something to big of a speculation to other people as it might lead them to wrongly believe on what you are saying which is really bad if they are buying on a wrong price now. 15,000$ is achievable but saying .01 BTC will worth 1,000,000$ is not believable imagine how companies will now take advantage of the new millionaires if that happen, Assuming that it will happen I will see that prices will now have a massive inflation as majority of the people have the power to hold .01 BTC now it might lead to our downfall which we will all comeback to where we all are.

Bitcoin reaching 1 million dollars is still very far from happening to be honest and I don't think that it could happen even in the next 30 years. You can really earn lots of money and profits just by holding 0.01 btc given how much bitcoin has developed and if ever bitcoin reaches that price I can only just imagine how really hard it will be just to get hold of a 0.01 btc let alone a single bitcoin.

I agree with you that bitcoin will hit $100 million Mark when we still alive if the milestone it has achieved within the past 6 years is something to go by. In 2011, I learnt about bitcoin, it it was worth just $17.56, I dismissed it, coz that times it wasn't popular and hacking instances were so high. Now it is more than $13,000 yet some governments have not legalized it and a larger global population have little knowledge about it. I won't be shocked if it hit $1 million within the next five years. All we have to do coz after all, time is the true measure of value.

I don't think that the 0.01 will give you the title to become millionaire because you can be a millionaire if 1 satoshi is equal to 1 dollar because 0.01 is only 1 million dollar satoshi and if you can wait for a very long time for that moment then you can become millionaire.

Who knows if someday it will happen, better keep your bitcoin as good as possible and it would be better if you are wise in using it.
