Insurance cost is $2.40 for $1000 of declared value.  This adds 0.03428571 btc.

Beware of bitinstant my friend.  Check their twitter log.  Myself and several others have been waiting days with them.  They are having major issues and I would be hesitant to deal with them.  I think someone should create a thread about it.

I'm pretty sure that the Avalons and BFL's miners (whenever they show up) and ASIC's own miners are having more of a dent on increasing the difficulty than these little things are!!!

10th group buy closed at midnight on the 9th. friedcat was paid on the 10th.  today is 11th.  it can take up to 4 business days to receive a shipment from friedcat.  hopefully it will be around 2.
