they will actually thrive i mean just their telegram group tells that that place is never quite always bubbling Yeah and including the telegram growth of 6.8k. ConnectJob, Solving the $900 Billion Problem Through Blockchain TechnologyFormerly referred to as the industry for the maladjusted, misfits, and those who just want to sit on their hands, the gig economy now accounts for 34% of the world’s workforce and is positioned to grow even further in the coming years as companies and workers warm up to the flexibility it affords them. Advances in communication and mobility have afforded workers an unparalleled level of agility, fashioning them with the unique ability to take work with them on-the-go. Time, place, and space is no longer of import in this industry, neither is finding the right talent to work with. Finding the right talent to work with is not only essential to the growth of a business, but also its sustenance. And while the gig industry has opened up a whole new way of locating and acquire suitable talents, ascertaining the credibility, reliability, and reputation remains a game of dice. https://medium.com/@connectjob_/connectjob-solving-the-900-billion-problem-through-blockchain-technology-215147246ed0

Decentralizing The Freelance Sector: ConnectJob Enters Token Generation Event ConnectJob is a startup that knows the importance of Blockchain technology — in the modern remote working sector that is majorly made up of freelancers, the decentralized platform gives many advantages over the traditional ones. As a Blockchain-based system, it will allow its customers (clients and freelancers) to connect directly, agree on the work, assign value to it, execute and transact the value without the need of a third party. ConnectJob takes advantage of smart contracts, allowing its users to set up a schedule of payments that will be executed automatically when certain milestones are achieved. As a decentralized entity, the transactions will be based on the Blockchain, allowing near instantaneous transfer of funds with minimal transaction costs. Read the details in the article of Coinidol dot com, the world blockchain news outlet: https://coinidol.com/decentralizing-freelance-sector/
